Great car, good service
Craig went above and beyond to be helpful in giving me what I needed in a new car for my wife. Ashmore should have their own email enquiry address I think. All staff were most professional, although I did find it a bit tiresome fending off the various persistent attempted value adding to the sale price. I would recommend the Von Bibra business to an astute purchaser.
Subaru XV car purchase
Recently purchased above vehicle from von Bibra. Thanks to used car Sales Manager, I was given a thorough, methodical description & instruction about the best features of this vehicle. Had a couple of small test drives. My only criticism would to have been able to test drive on motorway & have a good run to test the power of vehicle!

Great sales experience, bad finance experience.
Purchased a 2016 Holden Cruze through Ryland who provided a very professional and personable experience. However have to drop my review by 1 star as the finance team was bordering on passive aggressive when trying to push their insurance and premiums. Don't act surprised or interrogate me when I say no to diamond advantage, extended warranty or your insurance provider.
Plain Ordinary Service
The experience I had at Nissan Robina was pretty ordinary from the beginning until I picked up the car, [name removed] fumbled through getting me a price and 1% finance for the car I went in to look at, after about 30mins of trying to get it sorted it didn't eventuate, but as I walked out I decided to get the N Track, (different car more expensive) went through the process and signed for it, I had to ring back nearly 2 weeks later to see if they could get it for me, and told yes, then another week after that I had to ring them to ask for delive...ry date, a week after that I picked the car up, when I walked in, i see a dirty looking red bow on the car (that probably been on 1000 cars) and got a tried looking [name removed] who asked for 4 signatures for the No. Plate then said sit in the car to set up my phone and run through the controls, as he was doing this he asked me for a 10/10 review, I'm not 1 to ask for anything, but for him to ask me for that and for me to not even get a smile or joyful handover or even a keyring, I think it was very ordinary service I could've got at any car yard, On a side note Gypsea who done the extras was very happy smilie lady who I would give a 5 star rating

Jay at Von Bibra Ferry Road helped us get a price that was in our budget for our perfect car. He worked hard to make us feel he cared about our budget which was really nice and went out of his way for us.
He organised the big red bow and congratulations banner after we mentioned our 6yearold daughter was super excited for the pick up.
He regularly communicated with us via phone calls everything went smoothly.
Had been to a few car yards, but Ron at Ashmore Von Bibra was one of the reasons we went back to this dealer. Was welcoming and helpful from the start and right through to the end.

Great customer service but I believe I stil paid too much
I had purchased a 2nd hand Mitsubishi ASX. The cust service I was received was great. Claudius followed up with me and answered all my questions. Gypsy helped me too. Only downside I cant get finance through you. I ended up paying almost $27k for the car which started at $22 because of the add ons. A week later a friend from Tassie bought an Outlander LS 2Fwd 2020 Yes, 21K tinting, mats, rear bumper protection plates, front and rear passengers guff protection plates and she paid $21k !! I feel a little disappointed that I paid too much being a single mum and all. I’m planning on buying another car in the next 2 years and I have to really do my research next time.

Second hand car purchase
Good experience purchasing through von Bibra Ashmore. Very patient salesman! The trade in value on our car wasn’t great but I suppose that’s the risk involved with including a trade-in vehicle with purchase.
Vastly improved experience with Peugeot
Absolutely archetypal high power car sales people, which is expected, but can be overwhelming. Just good at their jobs - I guess they are lovely people in 'normal' life :) In my case, I had to walk away temporarily to muster the strength to continue negotiations. My uncomfortable experience of feeling coralled into an on-the-spot decision is the reason for 4 stars, not 5.
That said, this experience with Kataya and Matthew was miles better than my previous one with Peugeot at Southport a few years ago...I took the trouble to make an appointment...
I had a flat battery today. I rang roadside assistant then to be told I'm not entitled to have roadside assistant as I have not been having my car serviced with Von Bibra was NOT HAPPY cost me $435 to have another roadside assistant plus a new battery car is only just over 2 years old
Arty at Southport looked after me with my purchase of XTrail. Service was faultless, a vast improvement to what I had experienced at Robina Von Bibra days earlier.
A little disappointed at the absence of any car mats. Also felt a little pressured into the up selling of products following the deal. Insurance incorrectly quoted resulted in me cancelling the policy.
Efficient, courteous service.
There is no doubt that I would recommend this dealership. My experience was very good, subject to one thing. I believe that I was pressured and then duped into buying a paint protection product.
After being offered the product, ".at a huge discount, the after sales lady insisted on producing 2 sales contracts. One with the product and one without, with the undertaking that she would phone me to confirm whether I want to spend the $860 on the product. THAT CALL WAS NEVER MADE.

Customer service is lacking
The Southport service department for Subaru is lacking in basic customer service. I booked my car in for its recall service which I was originally told wouldn't take long. Then when I arrive was told it would take most of the day as there were 60 cars in before mine. Why book a car in if you are over booked and then make the customer feel like they should be grateful its even getting done. To add to this , I wasnt even given a courtesy call to say my car had been completed.
Anthony and his team at of Von Bibra Ferry road are very professional, kind and friendly. I will go back when we are ready to change my family 7 seater.

jetblack window tint
It looks ok but to be honest we’ll need to wait until summer before I can give a more definitive answer. We were told that you cannot see clearly through the tint to the other side of the vehicle (standing on the outside). This is not the case.
