Great customer service so far. My trampoline has only just left Queensland but the service I have received so far has been great. I will post again to rate the trampoline once we have started using it.
Product is great but the instructions are awful
Purchased the Quest large size. All is good quality and looks great, the kids love playing on it.
The instruction manual is useless though and misses many things needed that would save you time. There is also an instructional video that shows you a completely different way to install it but also misses other details, so between the two you can kind of work it out
I finally gave in to my kids and purchased them a Vuly swing set and I'm so glad I did. They love it and are using it every day. Lots of interchangeable accessories keeps them busy for hours. I love that it is sturdy and big enough for big kids and adults. And even if someone doesn't want to swing they can shoot hoops. Lots of information available and help on the phone if you need it.
So far the only small issue we have is that the child bungee is too soft for my 10 & 12 year olds (who are average size kids) and they reach the grass if they bounce a little too hard. So if you're getting a bungee for slightly older kids I would recommend the adult bungee.

Time to bounce
Great trampoline. Very safe for the kids. The old trampoline had started to become quite dangerous as the padding decayed in the sun. With the Vuly the shade cover is a great addition. Looking forward to putting the tent sides up.

Good quality, Fast delivery
Pros: The quality is good, delivery was fast, got it delivered on weekend. Easier than expected installation. Light to move around the yard. The size is good. Well looked after by the phone team.
Cons: The delivery man didn’t knock the door or door bell. Paper installation guide need to be slightly more specific.

Relatively easy purchase with a few hiccups
Purchase was simple, but was unable to give delivery instructions (just a gate code) to Vuly staff. Had to wait until the shipping company to collect from Vuly, then I had to contact the courier myself directly to give instructions. This could’ve been a lot easier. Assembly was pretty straight forward and easy. Made easier by Vuly’s YouTube assembly video. There was a couple of quality issues (broken parts) during assembly, but customer service was only a call away with a fairly easy solution. Overall pretty happy, but could’ve been happier minus these issues. That said, the kids LOVE their new trampoline.
Great quality, great product. Entry 'step' needs redesigning
Just got our Vuly and very happy with it, well made, looks great, love the net.
A bit tricky to put together, but over all not too bad (although there were two of us) and watching the instructional video on the website helped a lot.
My main negative would be that on the one we got, we got the thunder, the entry into the trampoline via the 'step' and then on through the entry is difficult, it's impossible for my 3 year old to get into on his own, and even I struggle to find a good footing to get into it without awkwardly falling/pushing in like...
It is what I expected and perfect for families with little kids
Delivery was quick and I was able to track it all the way through. The Thunder trampoline is very strong and safe as it was advertised. It takes some time to get used to getting in and out through the unique safer entry. Liked all the safety features and I recommend it to family with little kids. Self installation was straightforward but the instructions could be improved to show how difficult it is to connect the mat to the leaf springs by single person.

Vuly Monkey Bar set XL
Great customer service at Vuly. I called them to discuss my options and they happily put together an option that suited my family abs budget. My kids love the monkey bar set up. The yoga swing and cubby swing are definitely the favourites.
Assembly was a little tricky- at least a 2 or 3 person job. Instructions differed slightly from YouTube and paper which was confusing.
Questions & Answers
Ordered xl thunder early Feb this yr. happy with size but has anyone else having trouble with the springs snapping?? I’ve made my 2nd claim already. I asked the assembly guy n online store but they say “ no you’re the only one “ can’t be. !!!

It is very strange to hear that your Thunder springs are breaking. It can be due to multiple reasons such as installation, levelling of your ground ect.
