Bought the Bunnings version. Dismayed that the price had dropped to $719. Astonished that all Bunnings versions apparently need bolt kits. Was not offered this at time of purchase. For 2 days now we have not been able to get mat to springs. I can't believe I now have to take it apart to use reinforcement bolts. It says an hour to assemble !! No way, I have spent at least 10 hours on this. And now have to take it apart ????? Truly sickening behaviour from VULY and Bunnings.

A very worried thunder buyer
On monday we bought a large vuly trampoline for $999 from bunnings. Monday afternoon and nearly all Tuesday I spent putting it together utilising every engineering trick, patience and muscle to get it together. Built the frame 3 times and it kept popping out...aaaggh! Finally got it together.
Today, I went back to Bunnings and noticed price drop of large to $719. Hmmmm...
Today I read about the reinforcement kits and problems everyone else is having. Hmmm...
I'm not a cynical person but is there a chance that the vuly thunders with these kno...
Seriously flawed design should be recalled falls apart.
Purchased a 12 ft thunder under the impression that a thousand dollar trampoline would last. One week later the frame has fallen apart due to the design that all the spring tension pulls the frame apart NOT hold the frame together as suggested by the company, also causing the net pole to come crashing down naroowly avoiding my sons head! Then when you call them to report they tell you that the pins holding the frame together were made too short so the whole thing has to be pulled apart and re assembled using bolts. NO help from vuly to fix the ...issue we have to repair it what a joke..their words "unfortunately that's the way it is"!! We send the bolts you have to fix it yourself! after it fell apart she looked online and found the bolts are included if you buy from vuly but not elsewhere. This trampoline should have been recalled as soon as they realised the issue. We are shocked that for $999 no aftrer sales service at all. If my wife gets injured repairing it!!! I'll get a response on here as all the bad ones do saying to contact him and he will sort it . Already onto fair trading about this lit. Avoid it and buy something else and avoid possible injury
Purchased a new Vuly Thunder size large from Bunnings. Thought it was a bargain... alas... it's not as it impossible to install. $1000 for rubbish. Watched the video, read the manual and tried all day. You simply cannot get all the springs to the mat. Two grown fit adults don't have enough strength and forget the spring tool. It's bent with effort. Very stuck and Vuly weren't interested on the phone. Pay for a professional installation service was the best they could suggest. Think I will take it back an by a Sprinfree as should you.

Know better, choose better.
Drove 4 hours today to pick up our new vuly thunder. Got home and began the assembly process. And what a process! We started about 2.30, read the manual which indicates an assembly time of approx 1 hour. The upper and lower frames were straight forward to assemble and that's where it ended. Putting the initial leaf springs in wasn't to onerous, as per the manual, the next few as per the manual were a little bit challenging, after about 25 springs were installed, it became impossible to install any more as per the manual. The spring installatio...n tool is not fit for purpose. Being a pragmatic type of person, i analysed the situation and realised that whoever designed this trampoline needs to get an engineering degree out of a vita brix box instead of frootloops packet. To install the remaining 30 odd springs I attached the spring on to the mat hook and using a ratchet strap pulled the bottom of the spring down to fit into it respective slot, easy........... not on your life. Some of the slots had to be opened up to allow the springs to engage. As a good mechanical engineer, i installed the springs dimetrically opposite. Doing so put that much tension on the mat hooks a few of them straightened and disengaged from their spring, i bent them back into place which i hoped hasn't work hardened the hooks, they are holding for the moment. Not sure if they will not straighten again when my daughter uses the trampoline. Anyway did i mention i started the process about 2.30pm, well i finished..........installing the springs that is at 7.58 and 42 seconds pm. I'll attempt the rest tomorrow, after a goodnights sleep and i have fully rechared my pragmatism. Vuly must use the same clock to monitor progress as microsoft, an hour who are you kidding. Imangine some white collar dude that works the top floor of the AMP building trying to assemly this thing at 9.00pm on Xmas eve, I think that would end in tears or a divorce. Then i thought i would read some reviews to see if i was making a simple process really difficult, i am now in shock with the amount of negative feed back about vuly trampolines. I thought they were meant to be a quality product, but i think i have just purchased a $1500 nightmare. Seriously considering packing it back up and driving another 4 hours to get a refund and buy a $500 trampoline that, by the looks of it, can be assembled in a quarter of the time and last twice as long and give a damn about getting half price on spares that are over priced anyway. Anyway my self control keeping me civil has just about been exhausted. Vuly, I'll be ringing tomorrow to test your customer support, good luck!!
Disappointing- choose another brand!
We purchased this trampoline (thunder, size: large) from Bunnings it was on sale for just under $1000. Three adults spent 5 hrs trying to install it and called the Vuly helpline a couple of times for assistance as the metal leaf springs were not connecting to all the points on the mat. We had to stop the installation because we were getting nowhere. We have made many phone calls to the helpline (each time you call you speak to someone new who has now knowledge of the problem), sent them pics and videos showing that there is no way to get the sp...rings to connect to the mat. We have read previous reviews saying that installation is not easy - but this is impossible even with three people. This product should not be advertised stating that it can be installed without professional help. Today we have been told to contact a third party and pay another $250 to get professionals to install it. I think that the product is actually faulty if it can't be installed by the average mum & dad. Vuly had washed its hands of the situation and now we have a safety hazard in our backyard- half a trampoline installed as the metal springs are sticking out and are not safe as they are not secured.
