Do not use! They don't listen to your design details
Design ideas were not followed through, despite the project manager saying yes to everything. Wrong bathtub used and installed wrong way. Made excuses to why it couldn't be installed the other way. Apparently, the original drain hole is facing this way. Well here is a pic of my old bathtub and it's facing that way, just admit you messed up. Made a nib wall when I didn't ask for it. Leaking pipes, new tapware scratched. Was told a step down shower was possible and yes they could do it. Didn't happen because blah blah. If you can't do it, tell me...first before going ahead. You just make excuses after it's all finished when I ask how come what we agreed upon didn't happen. How can you change design details without owner consent. It's because you forgot these details. What a joke of a company. Do not use
WA Bathrooms are an absolute disgrace
(The Owner/Director) Mr Know it all, Only thing he know's is how to design and completely ruin a renovation. WA Bathrooms completed my bathroom renovation, and my lord where do i start. They tiled my bathroom with the wrong tiles?? my vanity was out of plumb.
The donkey installed a hobless shower without informing me i would need a reflux valve as my insurance would not cover me if my house were to flood, this was another $1200 on top of all his other variations i was surprised with. I had so many other surprises that cost me big $ due to him not actually knowing what he was talking about.
Congratulations Mr Knows absolutely nothing
Very poor communication
The owner wouldn't answer calls or emails. He also severely under-quoted us. We showed him what we wanted from his brochure and he measured up, but then everything from the range the quote was supposedly based on was an additional cost. There were frequent internal mistakes and miscommunications and the project ended up being delayed by about 2 months.
Worst company. Dodgy. Liars.
Took owner to WA Building Commission and won the case. 18 months of pain. Contact me for pics. My bathroom was a mess. 6 months no toilet. Poor workmanship. Lies. Untrained foreign workers. Glorified self reviews online. Do not use this company under any circumstances. I Invite WA Bathrooms to respond.
Disgraceful, no communication, liars, fraudulent
Totally disorganized, no communication, supervisor [name removed] (Perth Bathrooms Pty Ltd) spat the dummy and pulled out. Ordered bathroom renovations well before the start job in October. No accessories were ordered before job started. The owner [name removed] would not answer the phone, mostly by SMS. Not at all happy with the way they run the business.
Plumber came out to disconnect bathroom taps etc, he also spat the dummy, as we asked for a sheet of plastic to be put up between bathroom and bedroom. We were not happy.
[name removed] owner of WA Bathrooms played games in sending back deposit which we still do not have. Fool.
Do not use this company as totally disorganized.
Firstly the renovation turned out nice but not after complete disorganisation which added weeks to the estimated time period. Workmen turned up when product hadn’t been delivered and had to be rescheduled, workmen didn’t turned up when they were scheduled in, product delivered that didn’t belong to us. Tradies getting upset about being mucked around. Twice they fired their foremen! Now we have 2 issues, one of which is significant. We contacted them 4 weeks ago and still waiting for them to come out and have a look. During the renovation one...of their workers chipped the bath after installation. Their solution was to have a tradie coat the area but now it is peeling off and looks disgusting. I can’t recommend this company after my experience.

Very happy with our bathroom and the service
We are very impressed with our new bathroom and have had so many positive comments from family/friends who say it looks like a luxury hotel bathroom. We wish we had done it sooner. The final product is just how we imagined - with any renovation project issues will arise but anything that came up was actioned/fixed immediately. The staff were helpful and genuinely nice. The trades were professional and ensured we understood the options for how things could be done.
Workmanship was spot on
My wife and I renovated mid 2017 with the WA Bathrooms team and the workmanship was spot on. (sorry WA Bathrooms for taking so long to put up this review as promised). We had a small delay on the basin as what we picked was out of stock but other than that all went as we expected. They have our vote that’s for sure.
Our new bathroom looks amazing. It was completed on time and at a high standard. Although we are happy with the final product, there were some communication issues along the way that let us down but, overall, we feel like these issues were a blip in an otherwise wonderful experience. Would recommend; however, more timely and clear communication would have made it outstanding.

Love our bathroom!
Very happy! After renovating our bathroom with WA Bathrooms 3 years ago it was time for my wife and I to renovate our ensuite. And we absolutely love it! The whole job ran smoothly and without hassle. The supervisor Pouyan ensured everything was completed on time and the design by Clinton really works for us. Thanks guys. Really appreciate the hard work. :)

Five and half months of pain. A disaster.
After the nice sales pitch we signed up to WA Bathrooms. As soon as the ink was dry the facade dropped and the clown music started. The demo man did a good job, no dust and was efficient. The plumbers moved in and did nothing to suppress the dust. The whole house was covered in cement dust. The plumbers were a nightmare. I wanted them out of the house, they even took some of our property and it took several weeks for them to return the items. I heard one plumbers complaining to his mate of the phone how bad it was that 'the owner wanted it don...e right'. The tiler was not good, he had to redo his own work twice, then another tiler had to come back and fix it up his mistakes. The window and frame was the wrong size, the glazier remade the next window from the same material, it looked second hand when installed. Once again he 'mess up' and then he made it again from the same material, showing cuts and drill marks in the aluminium frame. The building supervisors (there was constant turnover - we had four) did nothing to rectify the problems. It seemed their main job was to make you accept the lousy work the trades did. The sparky from Steadfast did a great job and was a nice guy. The cleaners came in a made a lot of noise. Did very little and looked worse on leaving. What they did, I don't know. The last person in, to tidy and fix all the errors had plenty to do. We still live with the loud noise from the bend in the pipes behind the tiles in the shower. The building supervisor blamed a bend in a pipe 20 metres away. It did not happen before the work. After five and half months of delays, angry phone calls and unanswered emails the pain stopped. Read the google reviews and they all have a similar format. Even reading the ones posted on Product Review seem to follow the same formula. I think they have plenty of 'friends' or professional writers.
