Terrible customer service in Australia
I had to send my clippers to the head office for service. After the first service where the repairer failed to identify the issue properly I had to lodge a number of complaints most of which weren’t even responded to. I finally had the sales manager contact me and after a series of unpleasant and quite arrogant emails with him he finally said to send the unit back so it could be looked at again. On the second go and after having to chase this up weeks after I’d sent the unit back I received a email stating that the problem had been overlooked b...y the previous repairer. No apologies. We are now talking 2 months later. Again last week I had to follow this up I was told what the problem was and asked if I was prepared to pay for the difference which I said absolutely like I did the first time as I just want some clippers that work. I am still waiting for either an invoice or notification of what I need to pay so again I will have to follow this up. The product isn’t too bad but if you need any kind of customer assistance through the head office in Brisbane it’s not there. Very disappointing WHAL. I won’t be purchasing from you in the future. The Australian operation is dreadful.
