Love my double wardrobe
I went to Noarlunga Branch where Jordie provided me with all the options to have a double builtin wardrobe installed. Jordie was friendly and gave me a quote which I accepted. I like the idea that this would be built in lonsdale and to support local business. The installers were efficient and did the job in 3.5 hours. I am very happy and have a quality builtin wardrobe in my bedroom which looks great and can store things I had no storage space for. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Wallspan

Outstanding Service prefection for finished product
They listened to our requests and designed the kitchen to suite our requirments. Offered outstanding suggestions, most we accepted, some with our own changes. Trades people were of the highest quality and only too willing to please.

Read before you decide to use Wallspan for kitchen/reno
A few pieces of information that you may find useful when considering a WallSpan kitchen/reno
Sales Process: Awesome in-house/Display Room team who are quite friendly and accommodating. Their approach of a hard sell once the sales rep comes into your home is less appealing. Knowing this would happen, we advised prior to the appointment that we would not be pushed into signing anything on the day. In the end, the Rep signed us up and was lovely, but we did it on our terms about a week later, not being forced to sign at the end of a design/scoping meeting. Design Process: We were clear on what we were after – renovated kitchen, flooring across 2 hallways and a large living area (about 100sqm), painting on walls and ceilings. The Sales Rep was great at building a design from our feedback. Minor issue with design was when it came to installation, and the installers were asking us about what we wanted to do with kickboards and corners of the island. We were hoping they’d make the best decision, not rely on our inexperience. This was a minor issue at installation stage, but the installer (David Shannahan and his team) were great at making a recommendation. Pre-Installation: At Wallspan they allocate you a Customer Support Manager to do checks/measures and be your point-person to coordinate the trades. They are not however a project manager so when trades are prepping and coming to site, you as the homeowner do need to take on responsibility/ time commitment. We had assumed that we were giving the job to Wallspan and that they’d coordinate everything – in reality you need to be around for questions from individual trades, as quite a few things emerged as installation was progressing. In particular, I had to follow up on ensuring I had accurate quotes from all of the trades (versus just the Wallspan trade estimate) + was chasing the rip-out team send their quotes and then they forgot to schedule the date Wallspan set to start. This was frustrating, but the other trades were great in helping to keep our project on time, and our Customer Support Manager was helpful too. Based on our experience, it’s valuable to be home while the trades are working as they can check with you, as issues arise. There were enough items that came up during installation that we felt this was worth our time to be here (but had assumed when we signed up that this was part of Wallspan’s role – our misunderstanding). ***Ensure you have exact quoting from each trade sent directly to you in writing, noting whether or not GST is included (one of the trades failed to include GST in their quote) and itemising EVERY item from Wallspan’s trade estimates + any additional work. Quick and easy
We visited the showroom and were met by a lovely salesperson who showed us the features and options for a walk-in robe. We arranged purchase and installation time.
The installer rang to say he was early, arrived and professionally installed the units. We are extremely pleased with the walk-in robe, quality and look of all the fittings. I recommend Wallspan to everyone.

Happy with the work so far some minor issues has come up hoping they can resolve it quickly. but so far its been good. The kitchen looks great and the family loves it. The minor issue is a bit of a blow out in the joinery at the corner which warranty will resolve

Decent kitchen and wardrobe, logistically a bit involved
Good value product. Well designed. Delivered per plan on date specified.
They need a proper project manager because it became confusing having to deal with different people all the time. Having to deal with separate people for the wardrobe and kitchen was annoying, and having people contact me out of the blue was offputting because I thought some of them were spam calls.

I love my new kitchen. I would only change one thing.
All personnel on the job were excellent and friendly.
I appreciated the Customer Support Manager’s manner and commitment to successfully following up 3 things.
All people at Wallspan, Mile End, SA, from the manager to the initial contact person and designer were friendly and helpful.
The kitchen designer, though friendly, was slightly focussed on his ideas other than fully understanding what we wanted to achieve. More creative discussion would have been an improvement and achieved a perfect kitchen!

A Huge Thank You to Miguel / Adrian and the Team at Wallspan Keswick
Since moving into my home 13 years ago a new kitchen was always on the "Wish List" however as is always the case with other projects getting in the way it continued to get pushed further down the list.

Love our new Wallspan kitchen
We're very happy with our new kitchen however we felt pressured to make quick decisions (or you wouldn't get the 25% discount) and had to make a quick 10% payment. Special thanks to Tony the installer and the other tradies who were punctual, friendly and helpful and did a great job, some over and above what they needed to do. Another problem was lack of notification that the new rangehood was coming from JB HiFi whose service was poor.
The finished kitchen is beautiful, spacious and has some great features. Thanks Wallspan, overall the experience with you was pretty good.

I finally love my kitchen!
The end result of my kitchen is lovely. I have a beautiful kitchen that I enjoy spending time in. Unfortunately, the journey was not so lovely.
I won't mention the designers name, but he was pushy for me to pay a deposit from the start, (all salesman, less designer). He changed all of my door handles, not only the shape of half of them but also the colour, even though I had handpicked them before our appointment. Very happy with the Outcome
The whole process was very thorough. We were supported in our decisions and given a lot of options and ideas. The price was very reasonable and Wallspan were willing to support us to meet our budget. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. The final kitchen is a dream!

Overhaul I was very pleased but in saying in that my trade being a Carpenter & joiner and Licensed General Builder I could not see the value within the finished product as to the actual cost I incurred ie: Very expensive

Great product; shame about the service
Wanted to upgrade a 20 year old home for our daughter with physical disabilities, had dealt with Wallspan in the past, so went their showroom on Anzac Highway. Met with Ellenier who was great and set up meeting with designer , Len Drexter, who was terrific and upgraded our requirements. Next was the meeting with Customer Support( no support) Manager, Miguel, who ignored my daughter (the end user) and wife and told us that the designer knew nothing about kitchens and what we could not have (such as matching baulkhead, LED lights on footplate). e were upset and contacted the designer who, much to our dismay, had left the company. However, he still resolved our problem which seemed to upset the Support Manager even more. We decided to use our known and trusted electrician and plumber but used the Wallspan installer, Tony Yeomans, who was terrific....hard working, professional and co-operative with us, the clients, and the other trades. So the end job, kitchen , laundry and vanity were excellent but we were not notified about third party deliveries, nor of late deliveries. The installer was not told he had only 2 days to install the three areas. We were supplied with the wrong taps and an extra transformer which was not needed. After a heated exchange with support Manager, we never heard from him again and his boss seemed disinterested. New Kitchen - feels like a new house
Wallspan was not even on my radar but walked into the store at Gepps X and walked out with an entire plan. The staff (esp Corine) took the time we needed to talk through what I was looking for an came up with a solution for our flooring which was out greatest concern. We were fortuitous in timing - 25% off kitchen and 50% off appliances. Be aware that if you are only browsing and not intending to do something straight away, that there can be a sense of 'pressure' to sign up - be firm if you need to. tiles and Wallspan to draw together something which I knew would be fantastic. Our project manager was in regular contact, and the trades people always contacted to let us know what time they would be arriving (we were given a timetable for work in the planning stages). The trades were professional special mention to David the installer and Todd the tiler, and the floor guy. Fabulous
My kitchen and bathroom/laundry renovations are now complete and I am enjoying the clean lines, additional cupboard space and new appliances. All the tradies were very professional, easy to communicate with and willing to go above and beyond to make my renovating experience good one. They all did a great job of cleaning up before going home each evening. There were a few minor hiccoughs along the way, but these were easily resolved. Overall a job well done from my early enquiries with shop front staff to completion of the Reno.

Beautiful kitchen but would change a couple of things in hindsight.
Fortunately the colours we wanted for tiles, benchtop etc were available but I would have liked to have had a greater range to choose from. The slide out shelves in the corner cupboard are not a good use of the space and the microwave oven is slightly too high. Apart from that, very happy with it.

My new kitchen has completely changed the look of my unit

Great sales staff & service (Work not commenced yet)
Sales staff Jan is a great sales consultant together with the other friendly staff in the Mile End showroom.
Great in highlighting what's available for the wardrobe range of products, honest in what they can offer in terms of quality and price, non pushy with sales and accomodating what fits in your budget.
Now that I've signed up to build my wardrobe, I'll update on the process later on when we start the contractor's visit to inspect, removal of old wardrobe and building of the new ones. Fingers crossed as we all know, it's sort of in the contractors hands now.

From the first moment we walked into the Gepps Cross display centre, we were in love with the Wallspan range and taken care of by the lovely staff. We own a small, 2-bed duplex with the laundry inside the kitchen, so it was imperative that we got the most space out of our kitchen as possible. James did NOT disappoint. The finished design is absolutely brilliant, and we still haven't filled all the cupboards yet. Hi Margaret, I'm just a customer of Wallspan. I suggest you give them a call. We went in to the showroom first (on the weekend) to get a general idea of what we wanted, then they came out for a measure and to design everything on their computer (one evening after hours). It was all pretty painless :)
