Absolutely useless

I was with another provider and contacted WebCentral and said my email was going to peoples junk mail, if I transferred to webcentral would they be able to stop my emails from going to people junk mail. Yes we can do that they replied. So on that condition I transferred to Webcentral. It has been a week and have called them numerus times and besides being hung up on continuously, call centre where you can't understand anyone, they say they will call you and they don't - I still have my emails going to peoples junk mail regardless of how many times they say they have fixed the issue. Absolutely useless.
