Lost access to Business365 via this hosting provider
No access to my 365 business account for almost a week. No updated communication in the past 24 hours on support ticket with support representatives having no authority to escalate. Cannot call anyone at Melbourne head office to get assistance I need. As Net Registry there were never any issues.
I am now dealing with a Microsoft agency in China (Shanghai Wicresoft) yet WebCentral have not communicated to me that they have passed on support ticket to Microsoft.

It seems clear to me that many of these organisations are out of touch with their smaller customers hiding behind 'trying to do better' yet not actually providing actual results. I pay WebCentral for a service and they should be fixing the issue, bitterly disappointed and really do wish that I could take legal action for loss of potential income not to mention many hours of my time which would be better spent on productive outcomes as opposed to chasing a solution myself.Kevin was good enough to call me and provided a solution within ten minutes, much appreciated but I did miss a deadline not having access to emails. We move on.

Web Central and Net Registry are the same company, both charge excessively and fraudulently.
Don't read the potentially fake 5 star reviews, read the 100+ 1 star reviews they tell the story.
I've been with both net registry and web central for 10 years, about 3 years back they started charging excessively.
When trying to leave they made my IT tech jump through hoops for weeks by blocking the transfer of domain.
Since moving, they have charged me 5 times, even though I changed my expiry date on credit card so it couldn't charge, also deleted details with a support contac 'helping me' and it continues to charge me.

TERRIBLE- Watch out!
I signed up for this domain for one year only and didn't want to renew. Apparently I missed seeing the renew email (in their avalanche of other emails), however wasn't too concerned as my credit card had expired. They auto renewed for two years at a ridiculously high price without my consent as I'd never been given that option, on my expired card! I only found out ten days before renewal when I saw my account debit. I contacted them immediately to try to get a refund but they refused even though it was 10 days before expiring. They told me where to cancel the auto renewal. It's deeply imbedded in their website and difficult to find. I then decided to delete my payment instructions altogether but they won't let me do that either. AVOID!

I have been a customer of Webcentral (and before that, Melbourne IT) for over 30 years. I renewed my domain name registration with them recently, but due to a mix-up with my company's ABN I needed to change it. Despite their claim that they promote customer 'self-service' they insisted I pay them $119 to change one field on my customer profile.
