Bought a lemon!!!!!
I bought a car and had issues with it an hour after purchase. Was told to take it to a mechanic and they would pay to get it repaired.when it was fixed I copped the bill...has an overheating problem and they won't honour their warranty!!!!!!
Had a question about one of there vehicles, still waiting!
No call back after a question about one of there 4wds. If you don’t know the answer say it don’t just do nothing! Most of the Ford Rangers have very high ks but are dressed up to impress.
Good to Go
I recently bought a car from here, and it only took 3 days.
Very quick and Good service if you ask me.
Max was the Sales person i dealt with, and he looked after me.

Very pleased, and would recommend to others.
July 6th, Bought a lemon it seems and not been helpful a call to fair trade might be in order... Do not buy from these guys!!!
Update - Still trying to resolve the issue which Mazda says it needs a new engine based on the warning lights coming up, called the dealership which resulted in them yelling at me over the phone swearing etc then hanging up, enough is enough fair trading complaint lodged...
If you have had issues with these guys you are not alone, if no one stands up to them they will just keep doing this to people...
Based on ...others experience anyone who would like to get in contact with me feel free (find me on facebook) and we could have a class action lawsuit ready to go according to fair trading unless they give us what we are entitled to. Have already talked with a few people who have had issues with this excuse of a company.
Great service with quick finance approvals I was happy with this dealerships service!i will recommend consumers to pay them a visit .
Took my holding deposit on 27th April, and when notified that there was no deal on the 2nd May, asked for my deposit back and provided my bank account details on 3rd May, after multiple requests and being told it would be in my account at the end of 21st May. Well it's still not in there after I requested it be directly deposited into my account and they promised it would be there today. They are liars and so are their finance company. I want pensioners in particular to know you can't trust this dealership and you have no chance of getting fi...nance or your holding deposit even though it's against the law to keep it when nothing is signed. Please don't bother putting yourself through the hassle. I have now placed it in the hands of the ACCC and my solicitor. They don't care about pensioners and live up to the reputation of a car salesman in more ways than one. Please beware they are more trouble than they're worth.
It's not our responsibility to make sure the key unlocks the car door!
Used motor vehicle purchased just over 1 month ago. Remote entry access failed on two occasions at which time the driver naturally put the only key supplied into the door, only to discover that it does not unlock the door. The driver then went to the passenger side and attempted to unlock the door, again unsuccessful. After contact with the dealership, I was advised that it is not their responsibility to check that the key provided unlocks the car door. I was advised to arrange for a Locksmith to look at the lock. When the dealership (Owner may I add) was asked if they cover these expenses, he stated no, they do not check this works prior to selling a vehicle.
