You are not dealing with Westpac
I cancelled this card and requested balance transfer to my Westpac account on 31 July 2020. Once you cancel card you are advised the funds will be transferred within 7-10 business days and are immediately locked out of the online access, so no way of knowing where process is up to. After not receiving funds back it took 3 phone calls to find out why my funds have not been credited. Each time my BSB and account number were checked. I have today been advised by the very unhelpful Becky that the BSB provided in my transfer request had 2 numbers tr...ansposed (could have been - I wouldn’t know as you get no confirmation of your request details). At no stage has anyone contacted me to advise me this was causing the delay. Becky also told they identified this issue 2 days ago, corrected the BSB and sent the request off to some US company to do the transfer and it will take a further 10 days - again without advising me of anything, despite me having provided my email and phone contact, and being advised if there was any issue they would be in touch. Do not be fooled into thinking you are getting this card from Westpac. It is a completely different company With some sort of deal with Westpac and very questionable customer service.
Definitely Not a User-Friendly Card
Very Inconvenient compared to most of its peers. 1) Strange cutoff time. eg. I withdrew money from ATM in the morning, it will appear in the account as of the next day and accounted in for the daily limit for next day, so the daily limit effectively covers two days; 2) You cannot move the surplus money back out to your Westpac accounts unless you clear the account entirely and move the whole balance at one go which is ridiculous. You cannot move your AUD balance out and leave your USD in there for example.

Don't use it!
I got the Westpac Global Currency Card because I am their customer and wanted to support them. However, this has become a nightmare. I deposited money into the account and converted to Singapore dollars before I left Australia. The card worked for a few times then stopped working. I then tried to activate the secondary card on line. The website tells me there was an error and that I would have to call Westpac. As I'm overseas, it would be too expensive to call them.
I then wrote to a banker I know. He called Global Currency Card Centre. Apparen...
Travelled to USA. Card worked fine for transferring funds from my westpac account and into USD. Issue is 30 days for hotel pre auth to clear. The hotel advised and then sent clearance details, but the amount is still pending. Questioned why this 30 day period isn't written in the PDS or anywhere for that fact. They said it's the merchants terms, not theirs. What a load of crap. It's almost $2000 Aud of my money just sitting... Where?
Not to mention, when I bought the card there was a $50 cash back offer. I've just found out you don't get that ...
