Love it but delivery is slow

I have a jumper from here and it is so comfy and loved it so decided to order the matching joggers and a few other pieces it said it would be a 3/5 delivery time schedule and then warned me of delay during high demand but I haven’t had any updates in days. Not to mention whilst ordering nearly everything was out of stock. Show details

The quality of this clothing is IMMACULATE, my only problem is the price (as it is out of the price range for a lot of people, partially teens) and the dispatch time of orders is pretty slow but I think its totally worth it because the quality of year old clothing still seems brand new, so amazing! Jumpers wash really bad

Jumpers are great when first worn
However, after washing on cold delicate cycle or even cold hand washing quite a few of my daughters jumpers are ruined!!
It’s like I have washed them in bleach and there are bleach stains all over them
It tends to be the brown, greenand blue hoodies. As someone else mentioned, it’s like the dye washes out as if a chemical has been used
