Worst customer service.
Pretends not to receive your returns so they don’t have to refund you. Make sure you take a photo of the receipt if you make a return as they scam anyone that doesn’t. It’s happened to many people
Still waiting for my refund
Its been over a month since i have returned items to whitefox and i still have not received my money back. Bought tops that were poorly and cheaply made. The models pose a certain way to make things look good but in reality they dont look good.

I was so keen to buy from this store considering I had seen it all over instagram, only for me to try on my clothing and the sizing be EXTREMELY inconsistent with me being an XS in one product and Medium in another?. Quality was disappointing as hell, like worse than your typical SheIn or extreme budget website. Refunds that charge you and terrible policy with you not being able to receive a full product refund on a store credit that EXPIRES???. Customer Service didn't even sort my case out until 2 months after my initial email, after I had sen...t several over the months. I work in retail so I'm usually a very forgiving person when it comes to clothing brands, but god was this experience is awful. Tell me if any of you want my $47 store credit because I certainly don't xx
So I ordered one of their red mini dresses for my birthday nearly a month ago. It came and it was way too small (said on the sizing chart it would fit a medium (size 10)) and was not even close.
I returned it within a couple of days in perfect condition and they have had my return sitting in their warehouse for 2 whole weeks. Not good quality
Not satisfied with quality. I requested a return and found out, they only give a credit not Refund!!!!!!! To process a credit, receiving an email say that please allow up to 14 business days!!!! Omg! Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again.

Found it all easy to navigate however they do not do refunds!!! Ordered jeans and they were just not what they looked like online. Returning products for store credit takes months and is such a hassle. They keep changing their policy from 7 days to 14, what else? Also, you have to pay for shipping to make a return and then again to get a new product. Absolute joke.

Do not shop here. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I was promised that my return would be processed within seven days it has now been over a week and the item I wanted is sold out. I asked the team if they could please put this item aside since they’re experiencing delays with processing their returns but they couldn’t even do that for me. To top it off this company won’t even give you your money back they will only give you a store credit which is such a joke considering they sell out of the item you were wanting. And also they do not respond to emails especially when you are not happy.

Do not order from White Fox Boutique. Terrible quality and customer service. I ordered a dress that was the length of a top. It was extremely misleading and they would not agree to a refund. Instead I had to pay for my shipping to send it back and they sent a credit note back. Customer service was not helpful at all. Seems like they don’t care and don’t even have quality control. Spend your money elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Sizing off, bad quality at an expensive price
Have had to send 2 items back for being the incorrect size, and had to size up 2 sizes than what I usually would with any other brand. The quality is poor given the expensive prices. For what you pay, you would expect products would be made in Australia. There are much more affordable brands that offer much better quality and accurate sizing.

Very bad customer experience with this woman call [Name Removed]!! I ordered a crop top etc which came to me dirty and had a foul smell of body odour.
When I initially made a complaint they were not helpful at all and constantly dragged out resolving the matter.
After finally coming to the conclusion that this was their mistake, in the end i need to cover the costs in returning the item through post.
Very unprofessional in the way they conducted business & also size chart is not accurate at all.
Horrible customer service. Item was overpriced and shrunk after one wash.
I will not be shopping with the boutique again. The item I purchased shrunk in the wash and is not unwearable. This is unacceptable. I paid $65 for the item
Absolute JOKE OF A COMPANY
Took over two weeks to process a refund due to an item being faulty. Was super rude on the chat, lied about the returns process telling me that it should have taken 4 days to return but it took almost 10. Then accused me of wearing an item that I didn't even wear, that still had tags.
Too hard to get into contact with, quality is crap. Do not buy from this store.

If you have selected Standard Shipping then it can take the postal network up to 20 Working Days to deliver the package once dispatched. what other brands could i compare the size of swimwear at with before i buy! i struggle with getting the right size and have a set of bathers that fit well so if i compare with that hopefully i will order the right size
