Long story short, I received a clearly faulty item and they told me there was no discolouration and that they’ll have a look once they get it. They didn’t get in contact to let me know it’d been received and I only had further contact when I reached out after 11 days. In the response back, they called me by a completely different name & told me to send the parcel with the label (which was already done and spoken about in the email thread). I understand mistakes are made but I’ve never had that experience with other companies. From there, I just...received the store credit when no discussion was made and I had been requesting a refund. I’m hesitant to purchase from them to use the credit incase I have to go through this whole experience again. If you receive a faulty item, expect them to disregard and only offer store credit.
White Fox emails
Once you start ordering, emails calling you ‘babe’ and ‘honey’ etc come thick and fast. Very disrespectful and unprofessional way to address older shoppers footing the bill for their childrens purchases!
Absolutely worst company to deal with in 2021
The most incompetent and frustrating company to deal with.
I purchased over $300 worth of products from them.
Had to return some because they didn’t fit. Instead of a refund they give store credit which is fine. But it takes them 20 DAYS to given you the store credit from when they receive the product!
And worst of all they don’t provide a receipt when you ask for one nor can you get one my from your online account.
They are happy to deduct $9.95 for return shipping from my original payment but refuse to give me a receipt!

If you ever have sizing issues with online orders in the USA, or ever think something looks different in person, do not order from here. White fox is sooo inconsistent, you'll end up with clothes you don't like/don't fit, and you'll be out the money you paid. Because you can't return anything. Their return policy says store credit, but enforced, they do not pay for shipping back to Australia. That shipping alone will cost you the price of the items. Their customer service is nonexistent, so there is no talking to anyone to explain and try to ge...t them to help you. In my last order, the last order I will ever place with them, one of the items came broken. One top had a chain halter, and it came broken off the fabric. I had ordered the set for a specific purpose, and I told them as much. But, knowing that it takes them over two weeks to even ship orders out, I knew that I wouldn't get it in time. I sent them all the pictures I've attached, and asked for a refund. They told me they'd be happy to help me, as soon as I return their broken item. So they wanted me to pay twice as much for the top in order to get store credit for half that amount. When it arrived broken. Needless to say I'm out $120, and I now have to find another outfit to replace this one. I suggest Beginning Boutique as an alternative, at least they have a $9 flat rate return postage.
Terrible quality items, particularly jumpers/hoodies: overpriced cheap material
The hoodie would leave an abundance of fluff all over me, customer service were useless and suggested I wash the item, the item ripped in the wash after 2 washes and the fluff never went away. Cheap quality don't waste your money and buy a hoodie elsewhere.

Quality of the products differ depending on what you buy.
Shipping takes forever. I've never had such a long experience from purchase to having my item leave a warehouse.
Don't bother trying to return. They need 14 business days to give you a credit. Terrible operations for an online store.

Worst fabric ever
Purchased main events pants and its the worst fabric ever washed then once following hand wash care instructions and the fabric ripped in multiple places
Terrible returns process
I don't mind whitefox only offering a credit, but it's been over 2 weeks since my return item arrived at their warehouse and I still haven't received the credit. I've missed out on the swimwear sale because of this and customer service won't honour it... I won't be rushing to shop at whitefox again. There's other better brands who are friendlier, faster and have better clothes. Not to mention the standard zip front sweater S/M is HUGE and it's the smallest size available. Their sizing guides are slightly off and the quality isn't great.
Waste of money
Bought a pair of trackies a year ago along with a few other things and they are the worst trackies I’ve ever bought!!
For $80 you’d think theyd be good quality & last but I’ve bought pairs from Kmart that are better quality. I followed all the care instructions (hand cold wash etc) and the colour still faded patchy after 3 washes!
I wrote a message to complain but they said there was nothing they could do as I wrote it 2 months after purchasing even though we were in lockdown and I didn’t wear/wash them right away. I got 2 wears out of them.
I’ve never purchased from them again since & would not recommend.
Not good quality
Not satisfied with quality. I requested a return and found out, they only give a credit not Refund!!!!!!! To process a credit, receiving an email say that please allow up to 14 business days!!!! Omg! Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again.
Low quality activewear
I bought white bike shorts which are completely see through and ride up while running. Disappointing quality from such a big brand

Found it all easy to navigate however they do not do refunds!!! Ordered jeans and they were just not what they looked like online. Returning products for store credit takes months and is such a hassle. They keep changing their policy from 7 days to 14, what else? Also, you have to pay for shipping to make a return and then again to get a new product. Absolute joke.
Worst customer service ever!!!
Do not shop here. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I was promised that my return would be processed within seven days it has now been over a week and the item I wanted is sold out. I asked the team if they could please put this item aside since they’re experiencing delays with processing their returns but they couldn’t even do that for me. To top it off this company won’t even give you your money back they will only give you a store credit which is such a joke considering they sell out of the item you were wanting. And also they do not respond to emails especially when you are not happy.
Poor customer service/ clothing quality
So I bought a set from their lounge wear range, First time I had worn the short's to run into shops for errands about and hour or two so from the time getting into the car and walking the shops to get back home, I've come to see that I was walking around with a massive hole ..the shorts had de-threaded not torn not cut de-threaded when emailing in regard's to the quality and embarrassment and not wanting a refund but a replacement pair they deemed that they could not replace things from 'wear and tear' essentially putting blame on me as an excu...se not to do the right thing, the customer service was very poor and if I had known that wearing the pant's was going to cause them to fall apart I wouldn't have wasted my money I mean I thought you bought clothes to wear not bought them to fall apart while being worn. I've bought cheaper clothing with better quality $40 just on the short's seems a bit rich if your not paying for quality materials or service. Wouldn't waste your money when they don't pride themselves on customer service. Seems to be a lot of positive reviews daily.......must be nice to offer incentives for some very unbelievable reviews.
Terrible fit on jeans and bad return policy
Got a pair of XS jeans and they’re so long and baggy they go up to my neck (I’m 160cm)
The description for the jeans don’t say how long they are and customer service takes days to respond to you.
Return policy will only give you a store credit and will deduct $10 off for shipping.
Not shopping from here again

I just ordered for a standard of 20 bussiness days... do they take that long to deliver?
If you have selected Standard Shipping then it can take the postal network up to 20 Working Days to deliver the package once dispatched. However, you can use your tracking information to track your package the whole way!

what other brands could i compare the size of swimwear at with before i buy! i struggle with getting the right size and have a set of bathers that fit well so if i compare with that hopefully i will order the right size
