Disappointed and sad , poor customer service and I feel disrespected.
Ordered pants 3 months ago which have been sent to the wrong address and then resent back to them. Been waiting for them to send them back to me to the right address but nothing happened ! Emailed them several times they maybe responded twice that they will send them back but in 3 months should happen already. How hard can it be. Received no answer from them back in a while now I still keep sending emails but nothing. Shame !

I ordered some pants (jeans) from last month, they delivered the order to the wrong address then the order got sent to a local post office. I went to get it and they said I didn’t have enough prove tht it was mine. They told me the order will be shipped to the sender. I tried contacting their customer service team through emails, Instagram messages but not a single respond. It’s been a weeks almost a month without a respond from them. I don’t know if I need to go their headquarters and ask for a refund because at this point I don’t those jeans anymore. I am appalled by the lack of customer service. Will not be shopping here ever again
Slow and unresponsive
The products are ok quality, I bought sweatshirts. The process of returning them too over 2 months and multiple emails from my end to chase them up. They always deducted 19.95 from my order to cover the shipping. It was one jumper, seems very expensive!! Needless to say they do not refund so now I am forced to spend more money to use my credit. Won’t ever be buying from them against

Returned an item to them over 5 weeks ago and I still have not received a refund. I have now escalated it to PayPal. Avoid this company, cheap and no good.
Terrible customer service, Iv been ignored for 2 weeks
Sent an order back within their return timeframe, it was delivered in November and haven't received a credit or refund. I've emailed them, used their chat box, dm'ed them on Instagram and no one is responding to me. I don't even want the store credit as I have seen 100's of comments on Instagram about orders not being shipped. AVOID
Rip offs and terrible quality
I received two items that were faulty and I emailed immediately and sent photos. Customer service responded and said they will promptly refund me as this is not there standards so i sent back to the warehouse and they started ignoring my emails and sending generic messages and they owe me over $100 for faulty items
Absolutely worst company to deal with in 2021
The most incompetent and frustrating company to deal with.
I purchased over $300 worth of products from them.
Had to return some because they didn’t fit. Instead of a refund they give store credit which is fine. But it takes them 20 DAYS to given you the store credit from when they receive the product!
And worst of all they don’t provide a receipt when you ask for one nor can you get one my from your online account.
They are happy to deduct $9.95 for return shipping from my original payment but refuse to give me a receipt!

Waste of money
Bought a pair of trackies a year ago along with a few other things and they are the worst trackies I’ve ever bought!!
For $80 you’d think theyd be good quality & last but I’ve bought pairs from Kmart that are better quality. I followed all the care instructions (hand cold wash etc) and the colour still faded patchy after 3 washes!
I wrote a message to complain but they said there was nothing they could do as I wrote it 2 months after purchasing even though we were in lockdown and I didn’t wear/wash them right away. I got 2 wears out of them.
I’ve never purchased from them again since & would not recommend.

Found it all easy to navigate however they do not do refunds!!! Ordered jeans and they were just not what they looked like online. Returning products for store credit takes months and is such a hassle. They keep changing their policy from 7 days to 14, what else? Also, you have to pay for shipping to make a return and then again to get a new product. Absolute joke.
Poor customer service/ clothing quality
So I bought a set from their lounge wear range, First time I had worn the short's to run into shops for errands about and hour or two so from the time getting into the car and walking the shops to get back home, I've come to see that I was walking around with a massive hole ..the shorts had de-threaded not torn not cut de-threaded when emailing in regard's to the quality and embarrassment and not wanting a refund but a replacement pair they deemed that they could not replace things from 'wear and tear' essentially putting blame on me as an excu...se not to do the right thing, the customer service was very poor and if I had known that wearing the pant's was going to cause them to fall apart I wouldn't have wasted my money I mean I thought you bought clothes to wear not bought them to fall apart while being worn. I've bought cheaper clothing with better quality $40 just on the short's seems a bit rich if your not paying for quality materials or service. Wouldn't waste your money when they don't pride themselves on customer service. Seems to be a lot of positive reviews daily.......must be nice to offer incentives for some very unbelievable reviews.
False return promise
Made a return or a couple of items, had to pay for the return, which is not great, but fine. The disappointing part is that I never heard from them afterwards about any store credit and no email at all. It’s been a couple of months now so absolutely not acceptable and won’t be buying from them again.
Worst quality hoodie for price
I love white fox and have a heap of their clothes but this would have to be the worst hoodie I have bought from them! Has anyone else had an issue with this material?
I have only worn it 5 times and handwashed it 2 times as per the instructions and the pilling is ridiculous. I emailed them about it and was basically fobbed off, stating it was my fault for overwear. Yet I didn't realise 'overwear' was from 5 times use and only around the house. I would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced this pilling from their same jumper. Thanks
Poor customer service from returns team
It’s disappointing to leave another review on my not great experience with this brand but feel they were not willingly to give a good service or experience and I wouldn’t recommend friends or family to shop here
After two months of correspondence the returns team after promising to credit my items I returned finally emailed and claimed as a “good gesture” they would credit me for items. Which was fine I didn’t want to take further and was at this point ok with a credit I said I appreciated this.
I had sent back two items one being a faulty ...product which under consumer law Australia they are required to refund I didn’t take this further I just accepted the store credit rather than getting into an email war again. It’s disappointing to order something and it be wrong or have a fault let alone waiting two months to be met with poor customer service and be out of pocket for a purchase. I gave some feedback to the team hoping this might be met with them saying they hope for me to shop again and apologise for the delay or understand my frustration at the least However I rather got a response from them saying they were happy to remove store credit from me as they had done this as a good gesture , didn’t feel appreciated, heard or understood as a customer who spent money supporting them. I would not recommend ordering from this brand , especially when ordering online you take a risk that you may need to send back, it’s far more stress and hassle than it’s worth.
Faulty product with no offer of replacement or refund or credit. Customer ‘service’ don’t care or have time for complaints. Extremely disappointed and sick of excuses. Massive rip off. Cheap Chinese made clothes with massive price tag
Absolute JOKE OF A COMPANY
Took over two weeks to process a refund due to an item being faulty. Was super rude on the chat, lied about the returns process telling me that it should have taken 4 days to return but it took almost 10. Then accused me of wearing an item that I didn't even wear, that still had tags.
Too hard to get into contact with, quality is crap. Do not buy from this store.

I just ordered for a standard of 20 bussiness days... do they take that long to deliver?
If you have selected Standard Shipping then it can take the postal network up to 20 Working Days to deliver the package once dispatched. However, you can use your tracking information to track your package the whole way!

what other brands could i compare the size of swimwear at with before i buy! i struggle with getting the right size and have a set of bathers that fit well so if i compare with that hopefully i will order the right size
