Only offering 50% store credit for a faulty dress
White Fox Boutique sent me a faulty dress. I tried to return the dress and they told me because it wasnt a 'major fault' they could only offer me a 50% store credit. WARNING! If they send you a damaged item, they charge you to exchange it! Not happy
I bought a hoodie for my daughter, which was damaged when it arrived. I sent it back and White Fox refunded my payment (via a combination of gift card and credit card payment) but to get an undamaged one, I had to buy the same item again. They wouldn't let me use the 20% off code for new members again (despite me just trying to replace the first item I bought from them) and they then charged me for postage again for the replacement! Shopping here has turned out to be a stupidly expensive mistake. I shop online often and have never experienced such poor management of exchanges or such blatant efforts to force customers to pay for the store's mistake. The dodgiest Aussie clothing company ever
Received items in the mail, size was totally off. I used their sizing chart on their website. Didn’t match up! Started return via website and the website only offers “credit” to which they didn’t even offer the amount I paid AND then they want me to pay postage on top! Worst customer service and returns policy is an absolute scam! I purchased a hoodie and returned it as it was ginormous! paid for shipping to return it and was given a store credit for the remaining value of the hoodie. I then tried to use the store credit and they have a ridiculously difficult process where it is load into an account they create for you using your email address. When I tried to use the credit it wouldn't work and I inadvertently ended up purchasing without applying the credit. I contacted them immediately and they offered ... Read moreto cancelled the order as it wasn't fulfilled as yet and naturally I expected to get a full refund as they didn't even supply any goods. No they just gave me another store credit. This is how she gets rich and owns multiple million dollar properties in the eastern suburbs by taking your money without providing the goods. 3 weeks and no communication about a return, my daughters will go without this Christmas
Bought 5 t shirts in the sale, when they arrived the quality was shocking... thick heavy fabric and the fit was huge with horrible sleeves. I quickly organised a return after realising they wouldn't give me a refund I had hoped to get a credit and order both my daughters a hoodie in time for Christmas. Sadly 3 days out I have had absolutely no communication about my return. Absolute crap, as a single mum at this time of year having $160 tied up with White Fox because they have poor service and a dodgy business means my daughters will go without. Awful experience from ordering to delivered
Hardly anything ever in stock even tho they still post the items on socials.Purchased 9-11-2023 heard nothing for 2 weeks so I sent an email. Still nothing for 3 and a half weeks. Finally it arrived today butttt covered in dirty stains and also the t shirts are so heavy and veryyy oversized.
Try to ask for refund and they say they only do store credit. None of the items I like are ever in stock, the quality I really didn't like and I received something dirty nearly 2 months after ordering but they still won't let me have my money back. Dodgy af company Show details

Terrible product terrible service
Worst experience. Product didn’t fit. Took months for them to get back to me. They don’t do exchange at all. Then I wore it once even though it was too big and makeup got on the neck of the jumper and it is stained. No matter what I do it won’t come off. Size up and wait months for your order
I had an issue The first time I brought items for my daughter with sizing, wasn’t able to get a refund. Only store credit. We managed to find some items that were more suitable for her and placed another order after having to pay a repacking fee. That’s fine now knowing what products were going to be more suitable for her in sizing I bought items on a black Friday sale, looking at a local group on Facebook and WFB page. Not the best shopping experience
Do not like the fact you can not return items for a refund and hve to pay for postage especially when there are so many companies offering free delivery and returns. Also the day after I purchased there was a 40% off sale and then today 30% which would have saved me £40 but no way to cancel my previous order or return items for a return. Can't review the products because they haven't arrived. Can only review the shopping experience. Tricky website to navigate due to constant pop ups for ads for discounts and poor shipping as still hasn't been dispatched despite 3-5 day delivery timescales.
