We sourced Whittles as they are a professional organisation but also affordable for our smaller (3 units) body corp.
The Sunshine Coast Whittles team has been great to work with. Very friendly and approachable, helping us convert from a self managed body borp to something more 'official'.
Jo and the team are able to communicate the sometimes difficult industry language in a way for everyone to understand. They save us a lot of time and pain.
The manager and team members are polite and courteous. They are always available when their services are needed. They demonstrate that they are knowledgeable by providing good suggestions to the committee concerning difficult issues. They are body corporate managers that you can trust. Highly recommend them.
Whittles have fantastic managers that respond as required, they always get back to you. More importantly they keep us informed on changes to compliance for our building and have good and correct advice on day to day issues. I rate them very highly on all aspects of their role,their charges are fair and they do more than they need to.

Since purchasing (7 yrs ago) Whittles Maroochydore have managed our BC responsibly and efficiently, and staff have always been courteous. Last year Danielle Morrison took over as our Manager and the standard has lifted to an excellent new height. She is delightful, prompt and through some wonderful detective work she has sorted a historical difficulty.
With experience of four BC Management Companies in SE Qld, Whittles and Danielle in particular are clear winners.

Great service under difficult circumstances
As Chairman of a large complex involving residential properties, a hotel, golf course and Spa and retreat my Committee and the Community at large has received excellent attention from Amanda Barkway and her team at Whittles Bayswater. Our site has experienced numerous difficult problems over the last 2 1/2 years and the support provided by Amanda and her team has been invaluable.

We have been dealing with Whittles for many years as owners of Units. In particular with Jo Jensen (Maroochydore Office). We have had some very trying times at the complex with some extremely difficult owners and tenants. The service given by Jo in particular could not be faulted! We would not even consider using another provider.

Why is it that Whittles reviews are either one star reviews with specifics or 5 star reviews glowing with praise? There seems to be a pattern.

Ah Sam Piscopo, at it again, and even enlisted the assistance of Tony Ooi again. Your repeated attempts to achieve "air time" and denigrate Whittles are transparent. You appear to be avoiding the truth that your owners corporation committee, of which you and Tony were members, was totally dysfunctional. Sam, as an ex-solicitor, you should know better. The emails that you circulated in 2018 would leave any fair minded reader in dismay.
Typical Neville Sanders. Deflects issues because that is what he is paid for. Neville, like I said, let us make all records available to the public. Then people can make up their own minds whether Whittles took over this place without owners' approval and then when we owners got rid of Whittles, we were ripped off $45k on top of the usual fees and left us without paying our building insurance. The fact that I am a former solicitor only suggests that I know what I am talking about, doesn't it?
To counter the genuine one star reviews Whittles gets here, it is clear that you engage people to put up 5 star reviews. You would not be the only one to do that but you make it too obvious. Getting people to give Whittles 4 star reviews instead of 5 star reviews does not mask what you are doing well enough.
