Terrible! Would rate lower if I could!
Damaged a very expensive rug during cleaning process. When a complaint was made, they allegedly “lost” the photos taken prior to cleaning. Requests to have the matter addressed were continually ignored. We are now pursuing the matter through the Office of Fair Trade and QCAT. Be warned! They took no personal responsibility and fraudulently claim to have lost h evidence that supporting the claim. Should have their license revoked.

Terrible customer service and job done
I had pest control done which was fine. 2 days later was booked in for carpet cleaning and they didn’t even show up. I called and they said they had finished for the day and couldn’t contact me because they were missing a digit of my phone number but didn’t think to get it from the pest control job?!? I tried calling them and no answer I emailed and no response. I then got a call back from the manager after leaving a message and was told she would get back to me the next week! I can safely say the job was not great. The carpet was left streaky and stains that my bissell gets out were left in every room. I even got the urine treatment and to be honest a waste of money I think. The real estate is having them go back to the property. I will never use this company again!Similar opinion? Terrible and dishonest. Don’t provide the service they say.
We sent photos and written communications regarding the stains on our rug and where told they could be removed as they specialise in that type of stain removal. The stains were not removed and the company could not have cared less. I strongly suggest you look at alternative rug cleaning companies.

Most annoying company!
Every year they call me on an anonymous number. Every year I tell them I do not require their services as I have regular people to carry out service!
STOP!!!
If you are a good company your regular clients should call you back regularly don’t harass potential new customers when they’ve said they do not require your services

Ruined carpet
Clear glue was spilt on Turkish carpet. They said they could get it out. I asked 3 times to ensure they could without discolouring the carpet. They said they could and I asked that if in doubt to do nothing as the glue was hard but not discoloured. With no communication they dropped off a ruined carpet and left. The carpet now has a huge stain with the glue still hard. Hard to overstate the frustration with them.

Complete waste of $360 to have rugs ‘cleaned’.
Had 2 rugs ‘cleaned’ in the machine $360 returned covered in dust and dog hair. Was sent a video of the rugs going through the machine by the manager. He was more concerned about making sure I knew they had been through the machine than how dirty they came back. Was refused a refund so I had them re- cleaned and they still came back with the below picture of dust that was vacuumed out of only one of the 2 rugs using my Dyson vacuum. mpany. I‘m remaining anonymous as I have too much anxiety to deal with this company again. I asked multiple times for a refund but was told it wasn’t in their policy. Also spent 9 hrs waiting for the pick up and drop off of the rugs and tried to organise to get them myself but was it seems like you can’t. You just have to spend your whole day at home waiting for the rugs to be picked up. I feel like I was extremely cheated out of a large sum of money which I spent a long time saving up to put that aside to get them cleaned thinking they would come back spotless like they advertise. Didn’t clean my carpets
I booked as a 2nd time around customer for my 4 bedroom house. I also booked for 3 rugs and my 4 seater lounge. The 1st time they came they cleaned the rugs and put them outside in the sun to dry and then did the wall to wall carpet in those rooms with the rugs for the same price. However, this time (2nd time customer) they just did the rugs while on the carpet and didn’t clean the lounge, dining, and spare room wall to wall carpet (all where the rugs are) and left them dirty!! All for $390! The tech said he always moves the bedsides and he lied about that as he didn’t! Never again! Please watch them as I didn’t and this is what happened.

Worst service
By far the worst company I have dealt with.
Got their details and a quote through 'hire a tradie'.
A day later received a phone call from the who who's office explaining the service they offer.
It sounded pretty good so I asked when is the next available booking the lady said anywhere between 9am to 12pm. I asked if they can come at 10am she replied with he will be there between 10 and 11.
I waited till 11:15 and called the office, the lady struggled to find my booking, finally she found it and said the guy is running late. I explained...Read more

Not value for money
Cleared all the rooms of furniture to facilitate a good job but at last minute was asked if I wanted lanolin to be added to a wool carpet (one room only) for $50.....half a cup sprinkled on an then there was the add on emulsifier to bring out the colour for $50, again a small amount added to the mix, I said that I thought you came to do the carpets and now I need to pay for these extras ? Admittedly he did get rid of two stains but the emulsifier left lines all down the staircase which incidentally he only did once....every other carpet clean ...Read more
we have had did them twice. He was there for one and a half hours all told and it cost me over $435 and they even charged me for use of my credit card. Would I use them again .... absolutely not. He may have been a very polite operator but I imagine that it just part of the ploy so you don't feel like arguing with them.
