was not the fact that they are advertising in the wrong currency but that the conversion was incorrect. So double SCAM! I wonder if the product will even arrive.

will not return or replace it and after three offers for refund ($2, $3, and now $6) the most they will agree to refund us is $6. I paid $25.98 (see photo).

This company should be forced to close down. I did report them but haven't heard anything back. They're scammers, overcharged me (first they quoted in Australian dollars, then suddenly it was US$). They offered me a US$7 refund which I never received. Stay away from this mob!

advertising. The product does not match the materials claimed, and the comfort/quality is not what I expected from the description. I’m sharing this so other buyers are aware. I’ve contacted the seller to request a refund or replacement and initially they offer 3 USD, then increased on 6 and finally on 10 USD. Not what I wanted. I wanted to return the item and get full reimbursement.
Never got my order – I ordered some dresses from this website and I've never, never received my order or my refund. The dresses look beautiful and appealing but I think it's a scam. Save your money. If I ever get my order, I'll share. NO CLASS!!
Do not buy from them! – Do not buy from this company!!!!! I bought a $30 jumpsuit-buying a size larger just in case. It wouldn’t even go above my knees! I contacted customer support and they offered a $3 refund. No exchange offered, just “our warehouse says you received the right item”, which I did not.

Absolute Scam – Do not purchase from this site. I ordered two items for $69.95AUD, got charged $71.32USD ($116AUD). Lodged a complaint with PayPal. Whilst this was in review, the order arrived - nothing like the description, very poorly made and not worth more than $5. being directed to a website with an expired link) and now on email; they keep stating they are "sorry" for my "dissatisfaction" but they have tried to offer their best solution. Originally they said it was too expensive to ship back as the warehouse is in China, to which I said that is not my problem, and offered me $4 USD "compensation"; this went up to $6USD then $7USD and then they said that's all they can offer. Then I said in frustration to send me $7USD per order (planning to give the boots to an op shop and count my losses), and now they're stalling again, asking me three times if I accept the 7 USD "compensation", which I have already said I did, and that they will fight for this compensation for me. It's a total scam from beginning to end and I'm out of pocket over $200 AUD.

Finally arrived and incorrect size! – Ordered a pair of Women's Boots on 9 July 2023 and it finally arrived today 27 July 2023. I ordered a Womens size 9.5 which is size 40.5/41 EU and received a pair which appear huge. One sticker on the parcel shows size 42 and the other 44. They appear to be men's boots not women's! There return policy states that you have 24 hours to contact them for returns. For $50 they offered me back $3 USD. However, they also stated the highlighted here - Thanks for your great support and the pictures. But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order. So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others? They continue to say Thanks so much for your understanding. I am NOT understanding of any of this. Their sizes are child's sizes. Save your money....or throw it away, but don't give it to these people.

Scammer - counterfeit product - fraudulent increase to payment – Purchased a pair of shoes from a Facebook advertisement. Described as Merrell in everything before buying, but after...the brand name disappeared. Priced at $50.28 AU right up to and including when paying. How do they do this? Absolutely this is fraud. So I cancelled immediately. Sent an email via PayPal, 2 more via the invoice (which was another price again, showing at $39++), opened a PayPal dispute and this scammer company offered to ‘refund’ $9.95 and I get to keep the item that I have not received and am cancelled immediately after purchase, due to the scam price. So these scammers have then sent a tracking number...after 5 separate communications to cancel. Bet they don't arrive. If they do arrive I bet they are counterfeit. Very dodgy how the brand name disappeared after purchase. Widthwing-f.....it is outright theft to increase the payment amount without consent. Scammers, thieves and super pathetic customer ‘service’ Buyer Beware - save yourself the frustrations, just DO NOT BUY from Widthwing PayPal...shame on you for allowing this scammer to accept and fraudulently increase payment via your platform.

Casual Warm Winter Solid Pants scam – I ordered a pair of medium Casual Warm Winter Solid Pants. The size on the inside of the garment is a "2". Do not involve yourself with Widthwing – I was led to believe that I would be paying £32.45 inclusive of Shipping for the Women's Winter Thermal Boots. rates". I was also led to believe that I would be receiving boots 6-6.5 / Wide, exactly the size of my feet, purchased in British pounds £ to be delivered to a UK (English) address.
What arrived was a pair of shoes with a 37 sticker on the packaging. 37 is not mentioned on my invoice. According to a UK and International Size Conversion chart I downloaded from the Internet, 37 is a EU sizing which corresponds to UK size 4, so they are far too small for me. Even US size 6 is EU size 38. Corresponding to UK size 6 - 6.5, I should have been sent a pair of shoes of EU sizing 39 - 40. 37 is not adequate.
This is the response that Widthwing gave: "we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services. Sorry you are not satisfied with our products. Will it be possible to give them to others?" I did not want this aggravation. I am so disappointed.

not AUD. I only received one pair of overalls which are not what I ordered, and are terrible quality. I contacted PayPal but they refused refund as they considered the items delivered. The company refused a refund for either pair. Very dissatisfied with this whole transaction, and recommend consumers avoid this company. I would have preferred to give a ‘no star’ rating as that’s what’s deserved.

complete your purchase and get your Paypal receipt do you see that the AUD is twice the advertised price. Then the shipping email updates show that it comes from the US not Australia as stated. The product arrived well into January completely missing Christmas. Then the overalls are completely different to those shown in the advertisement and their 5XL is only a size 22. There was no sizing chart with the products when advertised/purchased. Now they are refusing to provide a refund for overalls I paid $50 each for (which are not worth more than $10 even) though I am clearly stating that the product advertised and the product received are not the same.
