Toilet Cistern leak
Called and gave me a $79 call out fee which was fine.. when plumber arrived
Told me its going to cost $320 to tighten and replace the bent hose!!! What a rip off... then after that, told me that the cistern is not filling up fast and that he had to replace something and quoted me $350 extra to replace it... WHAT!!! I exclaimed! That cost $29 at bunnings ! You charging me $350??? Told him to forget it!!!

You pay for attempt
My blocked floor drain wasn't fixed...Ended up paying $439....for nothing!
I tried negotiating with the manager. He was rude and nasty.
Another plumber fixed the problem within 15 minutes, and in place where Wilco plumber didn't even have a look..

Not at time as promised
They were to be at 7-8am but after many hours of waiting (it is 2pm already) and several calls no one came and our house sewer still blocked and we do not have working toilet. New excuses and new promises... Newer again.

Incapable of doing what they advertise
Their website specifies servicing of gas equipment for restaurants & cafes, but their phone service (Natalie) is adamant that they supply and install ONLY. Waste of time, no apology. 'Have to get marketing to check that'

Save money and get someone else
I was just a number to this company, someone to squeeze as much money as possible before you are completely broke. They have a well drilled sales and upselling pitch which I was tired of hearing by the time I finally just told them to leave
Rip Off Artists
Firstly, they didnt call to say they were on their way which they were supposed to do. Then the price they gave me was so expensive that I got a quote from another plumber, which was a big hassle but well worth it as we realised that Wilco Plumbing definitely was overcharging by a long way.
Give this plumber a miss
Do not let this company start digging if you have a blocked drain. Call another plumber first. This is what happened to us, we called them to unblock our drain which blocks up sometimes. We know it just need the snake or water jet to clear every 2 years or so, but this company just want to start digging and then say it cost thousands to fix it. We contacted another plumber who was able to clear the usual way and then pay him to fill in the hole again
Bad and expensive
Bad ripping off professionals. They don’t care just take advantage of people and push you to pay too much and then leave. I tell all who see this to not use them

I got conned!!!
I got absolutely conned by their fast sales talk. I ended up paying more than I ever should have. I recommend you search out other plumbers before you contact the Wilco mob. It's a shame that companies like this can get away with ripping off their customers

The plumber was polite when he came even though we didn't use him for the job as the cost was outrageously expensive. The company should be avoided if at all possible

Extremely overpriced
I found Wilco Plumbing services to be extremely overpriced. I was charged over $500 to fix a leaking pipe which after our own investigation required just one inexpensive part. The plumber was only at my house for an hour. Avoid this overpriced company

Its a high cost
They arrived when they said but they charge a high price. When I ask the man why its so expensive, he just said that they have a lot of advertising and extra cost. I am not interest of that, other plumber don't charge this much

Disappointed
Unfortunately they turned up late and although the man who came was friendly, I am so disappointed with the overcharged cost for the job. It's the first and last time I call Wilco due to the overpricing
This company does not follow through on what they promise.
This company promised same day service as I did not have hot water. After I waited all day, on my ringing them, they advised they could not come that day. They obviously cannot keep the promise of same day service.

Broken promises, incomplete job and poor quality topsoil that included broken tiles and glass. Avoid, avoid. Failed to keep appointments. Protruding pipe in gutter. Worst experience ever.

No Turn Up at My Cost
From the start I it was unprofessional. Hills District- I called the number on the local flyer I had received. The woman who picked up just abruptly said “Hello?” I actually thought it was the wrong number until I probed more!
I took a half day off work to accomodate for the booking as I considered my plumbing job to the toilets urgent. Rip Off
These 'plumbers' who are really 'pressure salesmen' quoted me $1580 to do a small job that I had done the next day for $480 by Neutral Bay Plumbers. I am a single pensioner but they also charged me $30 to get out of the truck and give me a quote. Do not go near these people under any circumstances.

Cancelled on three occasions then wouldn't advise how they came up with their quote
We had a gas leak at our house which was verified as a gas leak by our provider. Booked Wilco to arrive on Monday morning, they didn't arrive until the end of the scheduled appointment then advised that they didn't bring the equipment needed so couldn't do anything. Each day for the next two days they cancelled. The following day when they arrived, they told us that we had a gas leak (which we already knew) and that they couldn't do anything about it until the following day. I initially engaged Wilco for a blocked pipe....After paying $539 for jet blasting service for a blocked pipe, we were recommended by Wilco to do a 1.5 metre re-lining work to ensure that the problem would permanently be solved......I wasn't there my self on site that day....my brother was verbally quoted $1250 which he sent me a text showing so.... thinking that it was a reasonable price, we did not bother getting other quotes....so we agreed.....no hard copy invoice was given on the day and instead they got my brother to sign under my name on...

Just as the work was being completed, I rang Wilco to pay for the verbally quoted figure of $1250 via debit card as I did previously for their jet blasting service.....to my shock the girl on the phone said that the amount of the invoice was for $12,500 plus GST....I spoke to their manager an he claimed that my brother was verbally quoted $12,500 not $1250!!.....I have a text message from my brother on the same day clearly showing $1250...... A couple of days later I got an email showing an invoice of $12,500 plus GST on PDF and a picture iof handwritten invoice which was unsigned showing $12,500. The handwritten invoice was obviously written after our dissagreement. We hired a lawyer and took them to court......and just recently the re-lined pipe was blocked again and I had to call another plumber who cleared the blockage with a simple pressure tool and charged us $100 for it. Terrible
- plumber was late
- he promised me a number of options on toilet suites but I only got one option.
- the one option given was for a Posh Dominique available (at the time) at Reece Bathrooms for $218.99 and Wilco were going to charge me over $600
- the invoice I was given by the plumber was a hand written invoice, without any terms and conditions on it
- the plumber asked for a 20% deposit
- he did not mentioned the terms and conditions, he did not suggest that I have a look at the terms and conditions, he did not tell me that a 10% deposi...

Read morept our humble apologies for the 2 minutes you wasted on the phone with Natalie. Just to be clear, she did in fact apologise during the call and explained that we are not able to provide service on gas appliances. The best course of action for service and repair of any appliance is generally with the manufacturer or their licensed repairers. We do hope you were able to find the correct tradespeople to assist.
