Terrible after sales service
Contacted the store by phone and also called in in person. Sales person offered excellent assistance and would constantly call to follow up. Pushing for a purchase, then as soon as payment was made, they went MIA... total radio silence. Multiple emails and phones were not returned, calls went straight to voice mail. Basically I have been ghosted.l!! All I want is a copy of the receipt and confirmation of delivery date. Can’t be that hard??
Will not buy from Winnings again
Kitchen cupboard was damaged during installation of two doors refrigerator by one Winnings representative - second delivery person remained in the delivery truck! Water filter for ice unit leaked and this did not become apparent for some days. Service person arrived and mentioned that filter unit was subject to recall as a batch of filters were defective, but he did not have a spare filter in truck. Filter was replaced some days later. Water was seen today seeping beneath kick board on cupboard adjacent to refrigerator. We discovered that filte...r connection to tap is now leaking after the filter was reconnected to the tap during the last Winnings service call. These water leaks have caused some cupboard damage. We have been Winnings customers for many years, but we shall look elsewhere in the future. Winnings seem to have lost the plot.
