Great sales service but warranty claims a little less than happy with
I've spent a lot of money over recent years to purchase items for a few properties. The sales team are great and the deals they offer stack up well against other stores. The problem I've had has been when there is a warranty claim they are not as quick acting. I paid almost $1,000 for an Oliveri Vilo pull out tap Dec'17 and moved into the house March'18. The property's not lived in full-time, this tap hasn't been knocked around so I'm disappointed that it needs attention (especially now I'm now we're listing the property for sale), noticed the... Read more pull out tap has cracked around where the water comes out. It was a week yesterday since I called to ask for a service call, I was told I'd be contacted within 48 hrs. Today, I rang again and was told they'd be in touch. Seems like a simple enough request, not sure why it's been this hard but I had a similar problem when requiring a service call for a Samsung refrigerator not sure if it's a sign of the service industry not being what it used to be?Product QualityCustomer Service
