Beyond expectation satisfaction
I had never dealt with WISEBERRY Campbelltown NSW before. !Honestly, I cannot thank you enough, I had to buy an urgent flight ticket and fly interstate to sort my invested property out very uncertain and lost trust ...then what? I chose to visit different Real-estate agents with doubt of who to trust and fear of financial loss. After sitting down with Sam from Wiseberry Campbelltown NSW, I could sense and tell the sincere promise to get things in his own hands and rectify the situation. Guess what happened next? the outcome exceeded our expe...ctation: Now, under offer within days, I mean days not weeks, offer beyond our expectations, I can go on with listing...do fortune favours prepared mind? or blessings come through rights steps/path ? selling,? you should seriously see Sam/Wiseberry Campbelltown and judge their actions them you won't be disappointed or regret ! Wiseberry Taree should be in trouble!
I rent out a small unit in Taree originally from wiseberry it was my first house I had a 5 month old i had a very quick inspection then applied I was accepted there were no handles on the shower, there were scratches sticky tape all on the wall still from previous owner OH and no fire alarm at all!! The landlord showed up unannounced to complain to say I couldn't have bins out the front when it wasnt in the lease agreement they did no condition report whatsoever now the new real estate who took over can't get a hold of the condition report because it does not exist
Best work environment
I’ve been working with Wiseberry Acclaim Real Estate for 6 years now and look forward to spending many more years work together with the wonderful business owners. They are always supportive, encouraging and involved with each staff member helping us achieve the beat results personally and professionally.
Worse real estate ever!
WISEBERRY CAMPBELLTOWN has the worse customer experience I have ever dealt with. Especially Agent [name removed]
We are trying to buy a house through them but they never answer our calls or call us back so we can make an offer!
if you are selling your houses, as a buyer, I would recommended using anyone but them. Now we avoid any house with them as a real estate.
Charlotte the charlatan
Wiseberry realestate have been the worst experience in realestate i have ever experienced in my life time. I had to deal with someone there who was rue and dissmissive becaus im new to this country from pakistan. I have very good reference and job but they do not care , they think because i am from another country i am not good. very dsgraceful.
I rented a town house short term from the Gosford franchise. The place was dirty when I moved in and very, very tired. I doubt if it had been painted within the past decade. Their move in report was ridiculous claiming to be in good condition, my move in comments stated otherwise. So then I moved out 6 months later and their inspection report described everything as very dirty.
2 bedroom were never used during my occupancy, they claimed the carpets were filthy and needed to be professionally shampooed. The ceilings apparently went from go...od to filthy. Lionel Richie never danced on any of these ceilings. Overall ripped my off for $300 odd dollars, I could not justify taking time of work to appeal. It is now 7 weeks since I vacated and they still refuse to pay the balance of the deposit despite being told to do so by the Rental Bond Board
Most racist and discrimitive real estate ever steer clear if u dont like racists
Worst real estate ever if u dont know them or your kids don't go to kindergarten together u won't get a rental here.. I have been renting with the same partner now for 15yrs and have great references and record he makes over 2000 a week i make just under 1000 and still couldn t get approved for one of the 8 properties we applied for they just kept wasting my valuable time.. or I wouldn't of ever been able to get properties so easily of other rental agencies if we had a bad record I believe the girls are discrimitive and racist I'm aboriginal my...partner is white Australian ive always worked as has him. We leave the houses better then we got them.. I just couldn't see a reason other then them being racist against aboriginals so now I'm very happy to say after applying for 5 other house from different agencies we got to pick our house as we got approved for the entire 5 so we had the choice and the houses were alot nicer and bigger then the rentals they were offering.. I'm sorry to say bit if u have any culture in u you won't get approved here go to Sorenson or lj hooker or professionals best real estate is first national as well just steer clear of these time wasting racists
a culture of unremourseful thives
The way wiseberry conducts business can only come from the core of its organisation. No communication , no care or pride in the way they conduct business , just frustration and loss of investment opportunity.
We tried calling , sending emails even written mail , no response from them at all. We lost our investment and all they could do is shrug their shoulders. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Wiseberry Thompson Port Macquarie
Please excuse me, but this is my husband’s first trip to Port Macquarie and the accommodation wasn’t what we expected.
Prior to this review i have contacted Wiseberry Thompson Port Macquarie and notified them in advance about the apartments condition.
I found there was dust everywhere and the carpet was in poor condition, I was told by the agent that they don’t inspect the apartment and rely on the cleaners feedback/completion of their job.
The furniture were damaged with rust, wear and tear with random items of furniture, the beds wer...e so uncomfortable that my husband had to sleep on the couch the whole stay and also because of dust allergies in the room. The owner locked most of the cabinets so we had no shelves except a few hangers on which to hang our clothes which we were not made aware of, the owners personal items were stored everywhere in the apartment including under beds, kitchen benches etc.
Please for you own sake never use Wiseberry for an investment property. Not only was there something to fix on a monthly bases there was poor communication right until the end. After selling the property we now somehow owe the tenant money for over paying, although the property manager couldn't quite explain why. Honestly save yourself the hassle and money and go anywhere else but with Wiseberry Heritage.
Wiseberry Rouse Hill - Scott Matthews and his team were fantastic in selling our house
The service Scott and his Wiseberry team provided exceeded our expectations.
Scott was confident, professional, likeable, knows his business inside out and has excellent negotiating ability. He always had high energy and can-do attitude. Scott was always available and always returned calls. His experience and expertise made everything smooth sailing.
Scott stressed that he was working for us and there was no change to his attitude after we signed the agency agreement. Also, any proposal we didn't want eg. open homes - he said OK and didn'...t push. Scott got a great result in a short time and worked very hard to pull the deal together. Everyone at Wiseberry Rouse Hill was positive, courteous and helpful, especially Amie and Devin.
Wonderful service and treatment from Scott Matthews and his team at Wiseberry, Baulkham Hills NSW
Wiseberry Baulkham Hills
As soon as I met Scott Matthews, I knew he was very passionate and enthusiastic person. Scott had me sold in just a few minutes and I immediately knew he was the perfect agent for me. What sets him apart is his pride, dedication and overall personality you just instantly warm to.
I was thoroughly pleased with all the staff at Wiseberry, Baulkham Hills. They were very professional, respectful and courteous at all times. No matter who I reached out to, I was always looked after and in a timely manner. The open home...process was very nerve-racking to begin with as we take a lot of pride in our home, and the concept of complete strangers coming through your home was very strange. However, I was comforted by Scott and Tahlia throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the result achieved, Scott worked extremely hard to achieve our desired result and the successful sale of our much-loved home. What stood Scott aside from all other agents is his commitment, the fact that we could always contact him whether it be first thing in the morning, late at night or on weekends. Scott was constantly going above and beyond what was expected. I loved the fact that nothing was ever a bother and that you could also ask him anything. His dedication is very admirable.
Avoid Wiseberry Taree!!!
The property management team at Wiseberry Taree is the most incompetent agents I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Firstly what I was informed by the agent about the tenants who applied to rent my house was incorrect to what was actually in the application form (number of tenants was completely wrong among other things). Then, I asked them to amend the rental contract for an accurate reflection of the tenants but they never did. The rental bond was never lodged with the Rental Bond Board for 6 months since the tenant moved in. I reques...ted both verbally and in writing multiple times for a bond receipt but they kept telling me they could not locate the receipt but once they do, they will send it to me - this implied that the bond had been lodged but they just could not find the receipt when in reality, the Rental Bond Board said that they never received any bond the 3 times I called them to ask over 6 months. They only finally lodged the rental bond after I submitted a complaint to the board at the end of 6 months. The board told me that agents have 10 working days from the end of each month to lodge all bonds received during that month. My tenant reported the same thing to me - she was terribly frustrated dealing with the agent. Save yourself the time and energy and avoid these guys with poor work ethics at all cost!
Great Property Management
Our company owns a number of properties which are tenanted and managed by various agents. As such it is essential that our property managers not only have a good knowledge of legislation and landlord obligations but also a proactive approach so as to create a hassle free management.
Samantha, of Wiseberry Baulkham Hills, “inherited” a property with various challenges, however due to her hard work and diligence she is systematically resolving the issues. I find Samantha takes great pride in her work and strives to deliver a professional and...attentive service. Equally important to Samantha is the development of a good relationship with her landlords and tenants, being prompt to resolve any disputes which may arise. I find all our communication clear and precise and greatly appreciate Samantha’s efforts to create a stress free and successful working relationship.
