Can you advise where the call centre is located. Also, I note from one review that there was some difficulty in getting a policy canceled. Is this something I can expect as well. Your quote is spot on for price, but sometimes the old adage of "If it's too good to be true, it probably is" can sometimes be true. Just want to check before I sign. Cheers
Not Clear on the phone, and bad communication.
I have edited my review from a 1* to a 3* based on an amicable agreement with Woolies, but I would reccomend going through the small print very carefully to anyone.
Woolworths Car insurance
I had one customer service rep who told me that my car would be valued at $14,800 and be $200 a month then she told me to do an online quote to see if it was cheaper with Woolworths and to call back. I did so and it was $60per month more expensive so rang back and i got another representative who then said the most value he could agree on was $13,800 for $207.00 per month and that the other rep had looked at my current insurance not my renewal... but i am currently at an agreed value of $15,700 for $173.55per month. I also asked why my agreed v...alue had dropped and the price had gone up to be told that that was weird but they couldn't do anything about it as the system just generates the numbers. I have made a claim with them and had no issues except that they won't allow monthly payment of excess it has to be lump sum and the repairs won't happen until its all paid for both cars involved, the repairs were to a good standard but the renewal process was not so smooth....
