Hi Woolworth mobile Have Woolworth prepaid sim , i traveled overseas and used to charge it every 6 months with 20$ to keep it active, however I missed by one day to charge it and it got deactivated...how can reactivate my account and my number?

my wife bought a$30 woolworths sim card. We followed the instructions and we can not actiate it. we keep getting emails saying We’ve been unable to transfer your mobile number. is there any way we can reset the sim card and start the process again.

Hi Liz D, Thank you for your enquiry, we are able to reset your SIM Card in order for you activate this SIM Card again. To contact us you can do so using our live chat service alternatively you can log into the Woolworths Mobile App and assign yourself a new number to have your service up and running. I purchased a Happy Family Mobile Pack for $30 from the local Woolworths outlet. Once activated I received an email advising me that my recharge was successful and thanking me for recharging the service. Does this mean I have been charged another $30.00 or is this just advising that the original purchase was successful.

I am wanting to purchase a vodaphone huawei y5 from a Woolworths store but use a kogan sim card. Some say it is locked others say it isnt snd i can use it. It says nothing on the box or online about it being locked.

After porting to woolworths I still receive calls and texts on my old phone. I was hoping the network on previous network to be deactivated but nothing. Meanwhile i received a text saying my number is now activated with woolworths. What's going on?

After the 4 hour mark has been reached: Please turn off both devices, only place the Woolworths Mobile sim card in the device, leave the old providers sim out of any device. I just found out my prepaid service is deactive after 2 years of no problems because an old address is listed on the account. I have tried to fix this over the live chat with no help. How do I reactivate the prepaid service or can I sign up for a plan with a new phone and use the same number?

I had used voicemail without PIN. But, after reset voicemail through mobile app, it asked me PIN to setup voicemail. I have tried with ‘366141’ , ‘000000’, ‘111111’, my birthday and the last six number of my phone number, but all is unavailable. While I also called‭ 1300 101 234‬ , no one answered. What is the default PIN for Voicemail?????
