no to procreation!
I put my trust in Woolworth's condoms and they really pulled through. They were sturdy and such good quality. Due to unemployment during this challenging time, I really didn't have much money to spend, so the price for this great protective product was just another positive to the whole experience.
Dreadful, never tasted anything like it
Bought some Moira Mac Lemon and Herb chicken in the deli section of Woolworths Emerald Qld, tasted terrible like fake meat, that long stringy sinews like plastic running through it that you couldn't chew.Had to throw it out $5 wasted.
Main Place to shop
I Find Woolworth's clean with helpful staff and i always go here to buy my food I don't like shopping anywhere else! Food is fresh and easy to get to either with their own parking or outside parking.
Highly Recommended ++
Blacktown Woolworths Management ignore complaints about Security- same guard still employed!?
I submitted the below complaint and revisited Blacktown Woolworths on Sat 6th of June and found the same guard- that i complained about on duty- obviously they did not take my prior complaint seriously- the same guard eyeballed me and stared at me inappropriately whilst i was a. shopping in the store and b. waiting at the self-service register. He was sleazy and inappropriate- as per my original complaint:
Blacktown Woolworths- 1. Sleazy security guard and 2. Social distancing ignored by Duty Management

Gluten free dairy free chocolate cheesecake is a winner!
Absolutely delicious! The new gluten free and dairy free chocolate cheesecake is heaven! Thank you Woolies for looking after the intolerant/allergy people and for delivering this delicious treat and many more! You actually stock a much better range than other big name grocery stores that are suitable for allergy people.
Woolworths at Malvern Central. Bad attitude and very lazy manager.
Sunday afternoon, 7th June 2020.
We were buying our weeks shopping and the checkout lass decided to close the register. She could see we were waiting. I spoke to the manager but he said they would never do that. What a liar. That will teach us. This is not the first time I have come across a very rude and could not careless manager. If I told you the other problem we found at this store you would not believe us. So we just left the trolley and went to another supermarket. Thanks a lot Woolies. Do we feel like customers....no way, shame on you W...
Bought 4 x vac-packed Lamb LEG steaks. Look good in pack. Once in the pan, 2 spread out into 4 'fingers' and others curled into 'a ball'. Disappointed and angry.
Not happy how dare Woolworths get paper bags from China so disappointed in you you have disappointed shoppers at this time we are very disappointed you’re not setting an example by Australian I will never buy anything made in China again even food and clothing
Vacuum meat packaging
Meat presents poorly, full of blood, oversized trays for small cuts, difficult and messy to unpackage, meat must be patted dry before cooking or freezing.Pick up your game!!!! Woolies. Butcher shop for me.
My visit to Woolworths this morning was a nightmare. People everywhere. No social distancing. One-way directions in aisles completely ignored and direction themselves don't make sense. No-one policing the movement of people. Staff member cleaning my screen before I had finished packing my groceries was way too close to me. No hand sanitising on entry. A very unpleasant and stressful experience.
low quality woolies brands
woolies lasagne and curried sausages both lack flavour.hardly any meat or cheese in lasagne.very much doubt if there is any meat in the curried sausages.had purchased a few of both product, but they are now in wheelie bin.
Pack your own bags
Why are you using covid-19 as an excuse, your staff not allowed to touch costumers bags unless you buy them from you? But yet your staff is touching every product that I have touched and put it on the line for them?! If I'm buying few things I can to it myself, but when you buying full trolley of groceries and trying to harry up ( while your staff is playing with her nails)so that line behind me doesn't have to wait,it's horrible. Business, you trying to make money from those stupid bags, that we are all trying so hard not to use. Disappointed with you woollies.
thank you for producing a simply awesome product
strike multi purpose cleaner first time used oh my god brilliant on glass splash back on windows there is nothing like it spray wipe sparkle the product of the year thanks Woolworths

Jam Bakery donuts
The jam doughtnuts at Woolworths have no jam within. Only a dollop of jam on the side. This is disappointing known that jam donuts are supposed to have jam within. This is misleading because the dollop on the side is put on the side on order to suggest that jam is oozing out of the doughnut and it is not.
Bought a roast chicken. Pre cooked. Got home, opened bag and it had disintegrated off the bone. Drum sticks just bone. So over cooked meat, so dry it was inedible. Collapsed carcass.
I felt sorry for the chicken giving its life to this treatment, waste!
Me: not happy!
Both a Bad and Good Customer Service Experience
Whilst in a Woolworths supermarket recently I had a bad and embarrassing experience, however due to the determination of the Duty Manager of that store my experience was thankfully turned around. After getting cash out and lining up at the Service Desk for assistance in swapping my notes for smaller change, I had an incapable member both miscount the money I originally handed her to swap and then proceed to argue me on the situation, telling me I was wrong and that there was no way for her to now be sure as she had closed the till prior to me i...nforming her she hadn't given me the correct change back. Working in a similar store previously I knew that there is indeed ways she could have checked the amounts and I also am very aware that in a situation like this for a business like Woolworths "the customer is always right", and in this case I was 100% right. After having her argue me for a few minutes and realising she was not going to assist me any further I left the store and called the store instead, asking to speak to a manager. I was then assisted by the Duty Manager, he was extremely understanding and very patient with me whilst I unhappily explained the situation to him. By the time I had reached the store again, the woman serving me prior was no longer at the Service Desk, the new staff member working had been informed and she had the left over money I hadn't been given prior ready and waiting for me. Between her service and the Managers assistance, although I was still bothered by the previous situation I was able to leave the store satisfied with the outcome and happy with the assistance I received in the end, the staffs determination to turn my bad situation into a good one has helped keep me as a shopper at their store.
Bakery Products are good value
I love a good pastry with coffee. A "fully loaded" almond croissant at the coffee shop costs $5 to $6. At Woolworths bakery, a pack of 2 smaller and "lightly loaded" croissants costs $3.50, which is more than enough and very tasty as well.
I used to go to Woolies & look at the aisle signs to determine where product was.
NOW - some genius has come up with a fantastic idea that all the old folk & customers need is three or four items on the overhead aisle signs to quickly find what they are shopping for.
What a backwards step - myself & many people I speak with in the centres give up & leave as we do not have the time to trawl the aisles.
Seriously - whoever came up with this innovative concept needs to be shown the door & woollies need to realise most people are time poor & need the old comprehensive signage whereby we can quickly determine where product is.
Listen to the people Woollies - or suffer the consequence.
Disgusting Meat Packaging
The two packs of Bladebone Steak we purchased from Woolworths The Glen, Glen Waverley for a casserole were packed with 350 gms on of inedible fat and gristle.
The packs had the fat and gristle side of the meat turned down so that they could not be seen. Absolutely disgusting.
It would appear that Woolworths will do anything to sell this meat.

Questions & Answers
Why don't you sell racks of lamb in your stores any more but they are available to order online I don't shop online
I shop at Deception Bay store and could not buy 3 basic items. 1. Mud Cake in fact any fresh cakes. 2.Hungarian Salami mild or hot. 3. Devon from the deli This was on Monday afternoon. I was informed by staff that they had none in stock My question is how could you run out of three basic items like these ?
Yes and the QUESTION WAS
why were they totally out of 3 basic products ???? on a Monday afternoon Possibly because it is in a lower socioeconomic area and they dont give a rats arse about customers in Dbay Or is it because they got caught ripping off their employees and have to cut back on stock orders topay them back. Go to woolies at Kenmore and its a different story And by the way the site said ask a question which i did
I would never classify cake, salami and devon as BASIC items. As you know they don’t answer in this review site. Easy solution-shop at Kenmore
Is the current meat packaging in Woolies
going to continue. Meat is grey and smells. Both beef and pork are disgusting. Have moved to Coles in the interim. Hoping we change back to original meat products.
