Crap Service
Before I post on main Page, I would Like to say I entered your store yesterday through the Tiled section thinking the Planks may be there, I wondered through this section for a good few minutes ( I was only Customer there ) with three staff sitting at their stations, I was never approached. I then went through to the Carpet section, again I was the only Customer in the store, whilst I walked around looking for what I was after. After a few minutes I found the Planks at the rear of the store. I heard a women on the phone and enter via a store...
Read moreroom and then get in a heated argument with another staff member. ( Real Professional by the way ) a couple of minutes Later [Name Removed] appeared and assisted me. All was going well when we sorted on two products. He then went to his desk at the front of the store and couldn't find his diary, eventually he did and pencilled me in for a measure today at 1.30pm. He never fronted. I sent him a text message at 4.44pm after two and froing with messages this clown rings me and said you now have my attention as I cant understand why its not written in my diary. I said when you cant make a 1.30pm appointment you have lost me. ( The Rude moron just hung up in my ear.) No apology nothing , I hope he isn't the owner . If so I hope his business goes under. Need go getters in this business no lazy ones Write to World CarpetsHad to ask for a refund of my deposit. Disappointed :-(
Paid a 50 % deposit, waited weeks for a scheduled install date. Hurt my back moving furniture for the install, due between 7am and 9 am. Was quite pleased with putting 'skates' underneath the heavy lounge so i could move it with one hand!! Installer turned up with carpet hanging out the back of his van, complained about the size of the carpet. Barely got him to look at the room, was clearly anxious to say 'no' and move on. His problem was he couldn't get carpet out of van without another person.

Read more promised to get to the bottom of it - , she offered to refund my deposit. Gladly accepted. If you want to be forked around, put your faith in these guys. They take the $$, don't really give a sh!t about customers, in fact blame customers. My fault the guy didn't want to unload the carpet? really?Questions & Answers
