Comprehensive cover at an affordable premium
Policy provided the right level of cover for us and it was easy to buy on-line.
It was the second time we have used Worldcare.
We haven't made a claim so can't comment on claims processing. Hopefully we don't have to.
Peace of Mind
Easy terms to understand, fortunately have never had to claim, I guess that would give me idea of value for money. I have been using World Care for over 10 years and rates are very good to other offers I have looked into.
Used once before and affordable and easy to set up and hadn't ever claimed on any of my travels fortunately and the comprehensive duo is hopefully all we need for future
Perfect travel insurance for us
Very easy to set up the gentleman that looked after us was very informative, we didnt need to lodge a claim so cannot comment on that, and this is the first time we have used Worldcare Travel Insurance, will definitely use them next holiday.
Domestic Expedition Cruise

I did not need to make a claim on my insurance for my recent trip but I can say that the application process was really a breeze. It provided all the necessary elements that I required and I was able to travel knowing that if anything did go amiss I would have the right level of cover.

Was unfortunate to have an accident while on holiday. From the moment Worldcare were contacted the service provided was excellent - A+++ My needs were put above everything else. All aspects of Medical care provided were 1st rate. First time I have used this company but I am glad I did. Their pricing was quite reasonable for cover offered and certainly, after the fact, well well worth it. Highly recommended.

Good plan and price
Felt the policy was good value but didn’t have to use it. I have paid more for policies with other companies and found when I needed it I wasn’t covered.

we purchased a policy without a cruise package.When a holiday with a cruise became available we could not amend or cancel our policy.We were told we could only take out an additional policy for the trip.Costly and not happy

I have used Worldcare Travel Insurance three times. So far no claims made. Easy to set up for traveller with existing medical conditions. Good value and will use them again..
Easy to generate and understand
The policy was easy to understand and set up. The certificate was instant and the access to further information was directive and explicit. This is the third time I have used this insurance company for travel and I will continue to use them for future policies.
Never thought I would have to use Travel insurance. I have a pre existing illness, so it is not easy to find someone to cover me. Worldcare did. I then had to take my son to the doctor when we were away. Easy to submit claim and jt was resolved straight away and received my money about 3/4 days after the doctors visit. Will definitely use Worldcare again next time I go away
Questions & Answers
I took out a policy to travel to Japan. I am now not going. There seems to be no way to actually cancel the insurance? Or at least I could not find a way. Should be clear - no travel, refund the insurance premium?

Hi, if the Australian Government or other official authority issues a Do Not Travel warning to the specific region or country I am booked to travel to, and that warning is given after I purchase your travel insurance policy and after I book my travel arrangements (flights and accommodation), would you cover me for cancellation of my trip?
