Withhold money for no reason and dont return it
Sent 5500usd to chinese factory. They withheld the money pending investigation. Had to send recipients ids, then my personal bank statements of 2 banks then 12weeks after they said they were processing a refund. Then they read a script and every day. The next person says something different in happening and still no result. As if they are deliberately holding up thousands of transfers to earn money off the currancy market. The whole company is a scam. Ive been waiting 12 weeks now and still no result. Youve been warned!!

Frustrating, annoying and upsetting experience ever. Worst part, i'm still unable to resolve it.
First, setting up an account was a nightmare, felt like entring area 51. Story short, i wanted to transfer wee amount of $90ish to friend's family in Pakistan. Who passed away while ago. Worst Service i have ever been given
I had issues with my transfer, it's been 2 weeks and it's just in the air. I don't know what is going on and none of their staff is able to explain what went wrong, they all give you different information. I am not wasting any more time with them, I am going to find another way to deal with this.
A business with no contact details is shady indeed
I am literally unable to contact these people. I challenge you to try it. There is no possible way to do it. Any business operating in Australia with no contact details must be shut down immediately. Here is their contact us page. Go ahead and see for yourself. All I wanted to do is delete my account and they refuse to allow this.
Terrible - support is nonexistent
I've used Worldremite a few times in the past. This time something went wrong on their website. They took payment but the site just got stuck on "waiting for transaction to be processed". Even though they took the money, they now can't find it on their end. I'm out of pocked and nobody seems to have the slightest inclination to help me :-/

Scammers Beware !
Do not use these guys they are a scam and you will loose your money! I tried sending money to a friend over seas the transaction took too long to happen over 2 weeks so I cancelled to use another app and now they tell me the same thing over and over that my cancellation is being reviews but I cancelled it almost now 3 weeks ago !! These guys literally steal your money and dont give it back they have been telling me the same thing over and over and I have not been refunded ! Do not use this guys I repeat dont they are scammers and fraudsters beware

I am sending money to someone, and worldremit put on hold my transaction last 10 days, even I ask them cancelled my transaction and refund my money, but no they say give your id documents as well receiver ID documents, what a annoying service, really annoying, if someone need money urgently what can he do, I will never use worldremit in future.
Keep very far away
Folks be very careful if you are sending through World remit. As someone mentioned earlier this is a scammer, who will give you headache in the name of money transfer. I had to fight for 7 days to get my money back and i am unsure how they are still operating In Australia and why they have still not been investigatged. If you want to have problems, loose your money, have time at your hands to keep fighting to recover your money then you are free to send money through this WR. You will get mails and text messages telling you there is a technica...l problem while transfer and your overseas bank has rejected etc nonsense. you will be told they tried a few times still rejected and when you ask them proof of rejection, you will be ignored. Then when you get fed up, they will wait for your instructions to refund your money back and the drama starts here. They will pump you standard templated mails undersigned in various names saying that they have initiated the transfer and it will take 7 days or more and to keep checking your bank and trace your money. It is a joke!!!. to keep chasing your own money. You will loose your peace of mind, get worn out and give up having to constantly chase up to get your money back. There are so many others who are honest and quick. Warning you to be careful.

Absolutely Infuriating Provider
I waited for 2 days for 3 different transactions just to be told that their local parter is having technical issues. It says on their website that cash would be available within minutes as it's a mobile wallet I am transferring to! As it was an urgent transfer, I had to use Remitly and cancel WorldRemit (same mobile wallet I was transferring to with WR and the transfer was instant with Remitly! so much for technical issue).It's been 9 days now since I have been told that my transactions were successfully cancelled and I havent got any of my refunds in my account still! Avoid to have any transaction with this company at all cost! Customer service is no help at all!!

Processed a transfer online since the 05/Aug. The recipient has been told the code provided is invalid. I have been requesting a refund ever since with no joy. They keep telling the case is closed after they tell me the fund is processed.

Thank you for providing a fast service. Friday I sent money from Australia to a Vietnamese bank account, I was expecting it to arrive on Monday or maybe Tuesday. I was stunned when it was in their bank account within 4 hours, thank you or providing a service so fast.
Worst service ever
I used world remit to transfer the money and I had to canceled the transaction. It’s been more than 1 month I have not been refunded. I called them every day, they say the same thing. Very bad customer service. They don’t know what they are doing. I would not even give them one star. Waste of time and money. Please don’t use their service. You will regret it!!

Why on gods earth has by account been disable right after I transferred the money , this is unfair and I feel cheat , I would urgently like to know what's taking place transaction number 105604952?
I received a money transfer notification from WorlRemit on the same day I started a strict 14-day home quarantine. Should I inform the sender to cancel the transfer or should I wait until i have completed my quarantine to withdraw it? Please advice.
