I waited and tossed up about this robovac for months, I was hesitant in spending this much with the question of it not doing the job correctly. How crazy I was, pug owner, pug hair, 5 adults, 4 with long hair, this little machine is the BEST!!! I set it on my way out & when I get home floors are clean. I use it on average 4 to 5 times a week and it’s amazing. I have only used the mop function once, it did ok, but I think I need to read up on proper use of the mop function.
Overall super glad I purchased and wished I purchased earlier. Only thing and it’s only minor, is that it is a little noisy so I can’t run it when everyone is in bed sleeping.

We have been using the Roborock S6 Pure for a couple of weeks now and find it a great little vacuum cleaner on both tiles and carpets. It gets under beds where it has been difficult to clean previously. The unit scans the room and maps out where it has cleaned. It can have problems getting stuck where there are loose cords on the floor so these need to be tidied up a little. It returns autonomously to the charging dock to recharge when it need to recharge, and after charging continues cleaning. The Roborock can be controlled from your phone using a free app.

We've been using an imported Xiaomi robot vacuum for a few years now and decided to get a Roborock S6 Pure because of the mopping function. Our whole house is floating floorboards with no carpets. The Roborock does a much better job than the older robot did and it's so easy to use and control. Our floors look clean and shiny all the time now. I love that you can set it to clean or avoid different zones. Some areas of our house hardly get used so we do them a bit less often.

Love it love it love. Saves me so much time. She cleans my vinyl plank floorboards, tiles and carpet with ease. No good on my long pile rug but have easily set up a no go zone. I should have bought one years ago. I love that my floors can be cleaned while I’m at work or while I’m cleaning something else. Has definitely given me more time to do things I enjoy.

I’d been looking at the Roborock and a couple of others for a while and was trying to justify to myself the cost. Along came a special and an extra discount for buying from Catch of the Day. I bit the bullet and my only complaint is I didn’t buy one sooner. The 6S Pure is fabulous. I have so far only used the vacuum function and haven't got to the mopping part yet. Vacuum is fabulous on vinyl planks and rugs and carpet. Goes from one to the other with ease and suction is much better than I thought it would be. I come home from work to clean pet...

I'm pleased with the vacuum component, it does a good job on my hardwood floors and has made life easier! However, I'm disappointed with the mop- the attachment to connect it to the unit fell off somehow and disappeared. After owning it for only a month when this happened, I contacted Roborock who said the mop cloth isn't covered by warranty. Disappointing aftersales service. After paying for this expensive unit, I now have to purchase more mop attachments and when I asked customer service about what may have went wrong so I can prevent anything going wrong again, they replied "We don't know...."

I had my one for like 2 years & love it.
Was chatting with my parents 1 night after dinner & told them how well my machine works. Then they start complaining it hard to reach under the bed & some corners, also it's a big house to vaccum with a manual one.
So I waited until the black Friday sale & bought one for them.
Set up the machine & app(on my iPad), scheduled for cleaning date. The only thing I hear from my parents is such a good machine, does the job they can't do.
This model is a lot quieter compared with the S5 I got. Bigger dust box. ...

I am using for laminate flooring almost every day.
It cleans so well and come up with full dustbin each time.
Battery life is good too...

Bought this after doing a bit of reading up and didnt want to pay over$1000 for what looked like older tech.
Set up reasonably easy, it took 3 attempts to connect to wifi, but after that wow am i happy. The mapping is excellent, we have a step down into another living area which it recognised no problem. The app and map is good, you can see where it can see (Through windows that go to the ground) and then just set up invisible walls so it doesnt try and go there. Have set up cleaning for every other day, sends me an alert when starting and when...

* Dust bin is too small but nothing much can do about it
* Haven't tried mop function yet

* Hair trap in wheels bit difficult to clean.

S6 Pure Roborock is an excellent machine at a fair price. I bought a new machine for upstairs. Gearbite is an excellent seller: prompt, responsive and honest. Both S6 and Gearbite are highly recommended.

Have never been sure if robot vacs were a gimmick or not , despite this after much research I went for the S6 pure. The set up is easy enough although the app can be a little confusing at first but after its initial mapping run I forgot about all that as I was amazed how good a cleaning job it did!!..this robot is definitely no gimmick!!.. fantastic and thorough clean and have had zero issues with it getting stuck or losing its way..love how I can set it to do just certain rooms at certain times and the app becomes easier to understand the more you use it...would give it six stars if I could, thoroughly recommend it..

Works really well in my small house. The initial mapping was spot on, and dividing it up into rooms was easy. Does a great job of keeping the carpets and Lino clean, and the mopping function works reasonably well too.

It has exceeded my expectations, especially after seeing how a friends one performed so poorly (different brand).

I have carpet, tiles and floorboards. Want to map the area only for mopping but it doesn’t allow. If I forget to take the water cabin and say clean, it will damp all the carpet area too. No option to select only mop or vacuum.

Run 3 times a week, while I'm at work, from the app. Used on tile flooring and rugs. Two dogs in the house and no dog fur any more. Floors are fresh when we get home.

The robot vacumm cleaner is great. Doesn't last 5hours as per description, more like just over 2 hours. The mobile app is not very good as it can take 10 to 20 minutes before it can connect to Roborock servers to bring up your map in order to direct your vacumm cleaner to clean specific areas.

However, the delivery was very bad. The $600 item was left unattended at the front door of my home in full view of the street. This is a new suburb with new houses being build along the street, one directly opposite me with lots of tradies along the stre...

Efficient, quiet, has good suction power.
The Australian App is good too. Takes a little bit longer first time in order to map, but very simple to use.
Would highly recommend. Great buy.

We upgraded from an old robotic cleaner that didn't always seem to clean everywhere. It was a little tricky to set up with our wifi, but eventually I could work through the slightly outdated instructions to achieve it. The instructions were also a little short on how to set up and use the mapping, especially how to use over 2 levels. But once I had the mapping sorted the Roborock did an excellent job with cleaning and covering everywhere. We have mainly tiles with some carpet. It handled the latter well, even mats with tassles. We haven't used the mopping facilities yet.

Great product. After trying two other cheaper models and different brands, this is by far the best and worth the investment when it comes to Robovacs.

It is as sold - great power, good dustbin volume, smart house mapping with editable maps and good navigation.

Our S6 runs around a single-story home with a mix of wooden/laminate/tiled flooring with a rug and does so with ease. I can set the no-go zones in the app and the vac takes care of the rest.

This vacuum gets used most days. Some days particular rooms, other days the whole house. She is used on tiles, carpet, mats and vinyl mats under office chairs. She goes under beds, lounges and furniture without a problem (just put your cords up). Depending on where she is working will depend on the amount of 'boost' she gives. I am totally astounded how much dirt and dust comes out of her dust bin after each clean. Good battery life - does my 3 bedroom home with plenty of charge left. I haven't tried the mopping function yet as my son usually mops for me. I got her at a really good price in the Click Frenzy sales - I just wish I got her sooner.
