I have thick rugs,tiles.. two large dogs with endless hair. it plucks all hair from rugs and any floor surface. Will never go back to a normal mop or vacuum.

The vacuum works well on carpet and floorboards. It rarely gets stuck as it's so tough as it goes over bumps and small obstacles. I was surprised how tough it was. I love how it tells you if the bin is full or if there is an issue. So great!

My house is huge... vacuuming took the better part of 2 hours, time I simply did not have- then mopping more time on top of that. Now my Roborock does it all for me. The mapping system is great. He's an excellent cleaner. My only negative would be the water tank is a little small for a big house. I have to fill it every 20 mins or so. Otherwise he's great. One of the most innovative uses of technology in the home I have ever seen. Already making domestic life easier. For the price it would have been nice if some spares of the consumable parts were supplied with the main unit. Used on laminate, tiles and carpet. Hovering is completely automatic when you set up a cleaning daily schedule. Only struggles with some challenging obstacles like IKEA rocking chairs And requires dustbin emptying daily. We bought this little guy after lots of research and it doesn't disappoint - works great and had no issues. It's great value for money and has all the features of a robot vacuum twice its price!

Carpet floors are cleaned very well without the main brush needing constant cleaning like other models. The mopping on vinyl and tile areas is fine for a quick light clean.

We previously purchased a much more expensive unit. It bumped into furniture and randomly cleaned. We would have been better just attaching a broom to our dog.

We then "upgraded" to Roborock.

Roborock accurately maps the house. It then systematically cleans and by "systematically", it's like a military parade as it marches backwards and forwards.

It dodges furniture. It is amazing watching it approach a wall and do a tight 90 degree turn.

The app is great. We can see how it has accurately assessed the layout of our house, and it tries to work through the place.

As for its cleaning ability - great. We haven't used the mopping function yet, but that was a free bonus for us.

We purchased our Roborock about a month ago and it has changed our lives! We run it each morning and it fills its dust bin every time. We have a dog inside and she sheds so it keeps on top of her hair and is pulling up stubborn dust and dirt from our carpets in our rental. We can't fault our Roborock S6 Pure and my parents have even purchased one too!!

We love our S6 Pure. Amazing machine. work fine so far. The mobile app also easy to use. Planning to buy one more vac for the second floor of the house.
