Customer Service a little lacking
I used Yes Blinds to order 3 blinds for our bedrooms for a home in Queensland. I was happy with the Quality and the prompt delivery so decided I would use them to order a further 4 blinds.
The second order took over 2 weeks to arrive and I was told one delivery day and then it ended up being a week later. We were in a hurry for the blinds as we had just rented out the property. We had to leave Queensland before the blinds arrived. The blinds arrived in due course and we had arranged a handyman to install the blinds. The handyman advised...that the blinds were the wrong colour and size. We contacted Yes blinds and it took a couple of weeks before they would accept they were the wrong blinds and sent a factory representative to pick up the incorrect blinds even though the blind package was clearly marked as for delivery for someone else in a different State. Once they agreed that the blinds were incorrect they did agree to provide a full refund and we have gone to another supplier to get the 4 remaining blinds. It was a long drawn out process made even more complicated because we are now living in a different State. In summary we were happy with the supply and fit of the first 3 blinds. However, if you are in a hurry or are relying on someone else to install them for you it may be best to go with another supplier.

This is the first time I have felt moved to write a review. I live in Adelaide and purchased a roller blind recently from this company, Yes Blinds, who are based in QLD. I was a little apprehensive about ordering on-line but I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance of the blind when it arrived and absolutely thrilled when it was installed. The blind fitted perfectly, looked attractive and was made with care. It looks like a quality roller blind, exactly matching the other custom-made and installed roller blinds in my home....but at a third...of their price. I ordered fabric samples (twice) before finally choosing my fabric and that was very helpful for me. I'll do that again next time. They even accommodated my request to have a flat, hidden bottom rail on the blind, so the blind would match the others in my home.
Brought a Vertical Blind which arrived late. We had to thread the cord back through as it wasn't done, had to burn the cord together as the blind couldn't extend the entire way as there was not enough cord given. After multiple tries the blind still falls out of the bracket slightly. The instructions were useless and unclear. Spent a lot of money for a blind that doesn't work very well. Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.
Better than I expected
Customer service, speedy delivery, low price and quality product all 10/10! New white shutter blinds look fantastic - all 13 of them! Only issue was one blind wasn't cut to correct size but no problem they shipped out a new one the next day. Would probably pay the extra $25 per blind next time to have them shortened as it gets very tedious and time consuming doing it yourself. Have ordered a vertical and will be looking for some panel blinds down the track. I will definitely come back to Yes Blinds.

Just had the most marvellous online customer service experience! I needed 7 blinds and wanted to order them online. Yes Blinds has a live chat and I was advised on all my questions, all details and money saving options in a very pleasant, patient and super friendly way by Andy, the GM of Yes Blinds. If the delivered product is as good as their customer service, I will be one happy camper!!!
