Customer Service a little lacking
I used Yes Blinds to order 3 blinds for our bedrooms for a home in Queensland. I was happy with the Quality and the prompt delivery so decided I would use them to order a further 4 blinds.
The second order took over 2 weeks to arrive and I was told one delivery day and then it ended up being a week later. We were in a hurry for the blinds as we had just rented out the property. We had to leave Queensland before the blinds arrived. The blinds arrived in due course and we had arranged a handyman to install the blinds. The handyman advised...that the blinds were the wrong colour and size. We contacted Yes blinds and it took a couple of weeks before they would accept they were the wrong blinds and sent a factory representative to pick up the incorrect blinds even though the blind package was clearly marked as for delivery for someone else in a different State. Once they agreed that the blinds were incorrect they did agree to provide a full refund and we have gone to another supplier to get the 4 remaining blinds. It was a long drawn out process made even more complicated because we are now living in a different State. In summary we were happy with the supply and fit of the first 3 blinds. However, if you are in a hurry or are relying on someone else to install them for you it may be best to go with another supplier.
