with tucking everything in much more than normal but it is still a bit much. They are oversized as the products are not treated like most bedding. Yo Home said that they should shrink in a warm wash and low heat dryer, but barely. And there's no way I'm washing them in hot water or drying in high heat. That will destroy them. They need to consider resizing. Another thing, after the first wash, my doona cover button came off. These things are always flimsy, but do they need to be? It's so annoying. Make something that lasts. But they come out super soft after a cold wash and low heat dry. I had these issues at the start the the business was very helpful. They explained everything, told me to check back in, and said they would replace or refund if I just wasn't satisfied. I like having that peace of mind. I'll def buy again.
Bamboo Fitted Sheets – This is our fifth purchase of Bamboo bedding products from https://www.yohome.com.au/ over a period of 3 years. We are happy as the products are great when handled as instructed. Staff are friendly and efficient, offering exceptional service and delivery. Fitted sheet ripped in 48 hrs on bed – Communication was appalling from the start. This is not a cheap product and whilst it is lovely the fitted sheet ripped in 48 hours on the bed. No response from the company 4 weeks on. Don’t waste your money.
The good, the bad, and the ugly – I wanted to give yo home 5 stars but a few things let them down. The Bad - Yo Home looses a star for there communication. They loose Emails and don't answer messages everyday like they say they do, this needs improving.
The Ugly - The courier service used is Aramex. After 4 weeks my $350 worth of sheets had not turned up. I had to do a song and dance to get another lot sent as I was not waiting any longer for my sheets to arrive. They did turn up. 8 weeks later.
Yo Home have not learnt there lesson and are still using Aramex. I will not be buying from them again, just for this reason. You only have to read the reviews below to see why.

Yellow stains on Doona cover – I’m very disappointed in this company. I purchased two white doona covers in Oct 2020. One for me and one for my daughter who was moving out of home. time I washed I used white vinegar & bicarbonate but it didn’t remove the stains. Since then I have noticed that the yellow stains are now covering the majority of the doona. I asked my daughter how her doona was faring … same, she has yellow stains. So I spent over $400 for two doonas that only lasted just over a year??? I was happy to invest that money believing the quality of what I was buying would last for quite some time. Now I am having to replace my doona cover in less time than my last doona cover (target purchase) lasted. I emailed with no response. After a week I received a reply that I should expect yellowing on my sheets due to body oils, moisturizer etc. Obviously my email wasn’t read properly as it wasn’t sheets I had purchased and I wasn’t sleeping with the doona cover directly on my body. I commented on their Instagram, I wasn’t rude, nasty or disrespectful and they blocked me. Which to me demonstrates lack of care and respect. I didn’t ask for a refund. Perhaps a replacement or offer for a discount to replace would have been appreciated … or even just an explanation or acknowledgment of why their product would do this after only a year of use. Even to properly read the email sent. Not block me on Instagram. $400 is a lot of money. It was a treat for myself and my daughter. Really really disappointed… but now more so in the company’s response.
drum2226 – I've just purchased a queen size bed set and the fitted sheet elastic has broken after only one use. Customer service is rubbish, I've emailed them, received no reply. Finally contacted them by phone and now they're asking me to photograph the sheet, as if that's going tell them the state of the elastic in the sheet, the elastic has no tension.
Terrible Quality and even worse Customer Service – Purchased the grey dove sheet set, whilst they felt nice upon opening and to sleep in at first, after one wash the sheets had already started pilling significantly (see photos). days to respond, and in the meantime my partner and I had purchased another set of sheets from another company as we simply couldn't get a good night's sleep with the yohome sheets. Yohome were very unresponsive and unhelpful and I still haven't got a response to my last email - so I have given up. Do not buy from yohome!
Easy peasy – Needed some nice bedding for my kids, purchased the green bamboo single set for my eldest and the latte fitted cot sheet for the youngest. Both came super fast on two seperate occasions and Im more than happy with the quality and softness of the product.
Best sleep! – Super fast shipping & fast response from the customer service team. Amazing products - their bamboo bedding & apparel are amazing! I have purchased from YoHome around 5 times now & I cannot fault a single purchase. Thanks so much team x
A slow, dishonest, misleading and probably not Australian business – DON'T TRUST THE FAKE REVIEWS! Take your business elsewhere if you value your time, money and good customer service. The other reviews are likely to be fake, with most of them only having posted 1 review ever. I even found proof of employees posting 5 star reviews. item on receiving it. For e.g, it was Made in China but nowhere on the listing on their website did it state so. The fact that they clearly advertised it as 100% French Linen while omitting place of manufacture was very misleading. The linen also seemed to be super fragile. NOT a change of mind purchase. I posted the item back EXPRESS at my cost. Surely this would speed things up right? Wrong! When this business says 'up to 10 days' to process refunds, they literally mean 10 days. No joke! I have never EVER come across an Australian business that deliberately takes as LONG as they can to simply click the refund button. Will make you laugh thinking about it. Which makes you wonder... if it's even an Aussie business. Yes, they have an Australian customer support rep. That's about it. She tried to be as helpful as possible. There wasn't much she could do. The higher ups (probably overseas) of this incredibly dodgy company didn't give her much room to help. Now onto to the refund. The order was originally FREE SHIPPING. Yet, when the refund finally came through, it was short $10. So, again, misleading advertising!! (there's a clause in their returns policy about change of mind refunds having shipping deducted. This was not a change of mind, it was something I was rightfully unsatisfied with for several reasons. And in any case... "FREE" shipping, remember?) Dodgiest business I have EVER come across online. Shameless and disgusting. Fake 5-star reviews. Do yourself a favour and support REAL Aussie businesses. Do NOT buy from Yo Home! You have been warned.
