I live in Brisbane. I bought my TV treadmill in June 2007. In April 2008, I had an 'E1' error message appearing on the console. When I contacted York, they advised that the problem is with the console and I had to package it and send to them in Sydney. I asked how could they be so sure as it would be better if someone could come home to look at the treadmill. I was advised that they do not have a Brisbane office to help. York stuffed around for weeks before returning the console only to find that this wasn't the problem. On 30th April 20...08, Darke Agencies (an affiliated co.) came home and replaced a 'faulty circuit board'. On 29th May 2008, Darke Agencies were called upon again and they replaced the motor. On 24th Nov 2008, I've received another 'E1' error message and called Darke Agencies. They couldn't be bothered returning my calls until I phoned them again on 1st Dec 2008 and was advised that they have just ordered a new motor from Sydney which will take up to 5days. If only they bothered to order this moter when I spoke to them on 24th Nov! I can't believe the inferior product I am obviously stuck with. The machine cost me over $2k. The latest mishap will cost me a call-out fee of $120 plus any parts & labour not covered by warranty. The motor is only covered. I will never purchase York again !!!!!!! large mat it takes a few seconds to reach the selected speed setting, and refer to my overall opinion
