This stationary bike delivers fitness at a good price
My husband who is in his late sixties has had a couple strokes that he has recovered from but wanted to maintain his fitness without having to go out to the gym. His friends were doing the high speed repetition bike exercise program and had found it to be highly successful, so it looked like a good birthday present. It was duly ordered from Fitonline at competitive price was a bit of a fiddle to assemble but once done my husband has been using the bike regularly for 2 years now. He set it up on a yoga mat in our rather small study so it didn't ...damage the carpet. Its easily moved and easy to use for both of us as the seat height and position is simple to adjust for each of us , he uses a computer for the time elapsed. I would recommend the product for stationary bike exercises and Fitonline for ordering.
Good quality and reasonable price but confusing operation.
Just got one of these bikes and it is overall very good quality. The manual that comes with the bike does not however go into detail on programs or what specific symbols mean on the bike. As such I found a couple of the programs very confusing to get started with.
manual lacks detail of how to use programs
