Hi, How can I track my order?? I want to know when I’m gone recive my order????? There is no track number with my order confirmation. Everytime O go on the website it just gives me the order details. I want to track it, how can I do that?????????????????????????

Hi, I'm wanting to order two barstools but won't be home when they are delivered due to working full time. Will they be taken to my local post office or will I have to collect from elsewhere? I'm in WA…. thank you :)

I can’t say definitively but mine were left on the veranda in my absence. Probably depends on you instructions on deliveryHey Jen, thank you for getting in touch! You can provide the courier with the authority to leave your order in a safe place in the event you're not home for delivery. If this option doesn't suit, depending on the stools and type of delivery offered, you would likely be carded and provided with the courier's contact information, so you can get in touch to rearrange a suitable time for delivery. You can see what type of delivery service is offered on the particular item you're interested in, by clicking 'Returns/Delivery information' just underneath the item cost on the product page. I have just purchased Royal Doulton crystal wear from Zanui and I am concerned about it breaking during transit. Has anyone purchased crystal wear from Zanui before and did it arrive without any breakages?

Jess, I have not purchased Royal Doulton crystal, but I have experienced Zanui packaging to be VERY good. If you have already purchased, you will soon find out how it travels, and if you suspect any problems, take pictures of the packaging and product in the condition it arrives to you before opening the inner packaging. Their customer service has been excellent for me as my item did arrive damaged despite every effort by Zanui to avoid this (have you seen the video of Aus Post launching packages into their vans?) - Zanui handled the situation very professionallyThank you David! This was very reassuring for me. I have an email saying it has now been dispatched so fingers crossed I don't need to return it.

Hello, These armchairs take 1-2 business days to leave our partner suppliers warehouse in Victoria. Transit time on top of that from VIC to NSW is usually estimated around 2-4 business days. Hello! I am wanting to purchase a few items from your site. These will be Christmas gifts and to be honest, the high number of 'terrible' reviews are making me nervous. There is a Kids Kraft Kitchen and Annabelle Dolls House that my daughter would LOVE. My concern is being so close to Christmas, delivery delays and if stock is damaged at all. How quickly these issue could be rectified IF there was a problem? I am on the north side of Brisbane. Is there absolutely NO option to collect from a warehouse? I am really hesitant to spend over $400 so close to Christmas. Thanking you!

Hi there Dee1981, Thanks for contacting us, I do understand your concern and I would like to reassure you that the order should run with no issues. Kidkraft are very reliable and we rarely have issues with their products or delivery. We have been advised off kidkraft that the latest order date for the Brisbane area for delivery on time for Christmas is December 21st if you live in a metro area. Although I would advise if you make the decision to order, to place your order sooner than this, just in the rare case that something was to go wrong. If there was an issue Dee, we would get this rectified ASAP for you - for example - we would contact the supplier the same day that you contact us to get any issue resolved. I do apologise that the reviews are making you hesitant, we have hundreds of orders placed through our website on a daily basis and it is very rare that things go wrong. We do also have 103 Excellent reviews which is a much higher number than the terrible reviews that have been posted. We will always remedy any issues and we have always followed up with anyone who has posted any negative feedback to get the issue fully resolved. Many of our items are shipped from warehouses across all of Australia and we currently don't have any physical stores or showrooms. Apologies for any inconvenience caused with this. I would like to order the princess and frog rocking horse for my niece for Christmas. I did a search to review the company beforehand and have basically only found very bad feedback. The rocking horse is perfect for my niece so I really want it but how can I be assured that it will get there before Christmas or even get to me? It says there are only 9 in stock - does this mean they are actually in NSW like could I come and pick it up?

Hi there, Yes there are currently 9 of the princess and frog rocking horse left in stock. Unfortunately as we are an online based company and our suppliers are located all over Australia, So we do not have any facilities where you can pick up your items. At this stage, now is the ideal time to purchase an item if you wish to receive it in good time for Christmas. This item in particular will take 2-3 days to be dispatched by our partner and then a further 2-4 days to be shipped to you if you are living in the NSW region. If you should have trouble tracking your item one of our friendly customer service agents would be more than happy to help you with your delivery.
