Incredible Service & Products!
I have used Zanui for many years. The items I have purchased have been great from bed heads, bedside tables, lamps etc. Zanui is my go to homeware store and I have referred all family and friends over the years every time I have been complimented on the items I have purchased to design my home. Poor quality product and no help from Zanui
Purchased a cream jute rug only 3 months ago. Website states 12 month warranty which was peace of mind (false advertising!!) I must mention the rug came with no care instructions. Within weeks the cream rug has changed colour and is brown! This was no fault of my own. And Zanui customer service don’t wanna know about it.
I’ve have said it all and their response is “sweaty feet” “warranty doesn’t exist” “humid weather”. I live in Melbourne so humidity really? And my rugs in a dining room so maybe walked on 2 or 3 times! And you advertise a war...Read more

Beautiful Products and Great Customer Care
I love Zanui! The products are beautiful and never disappoint. Zanui is my go to shop for decorating my home as there is plenty of variety and style. The decorating and styling tips are very helpful.
The customer care is excellent. The staff are lovely and friendly and always very helpful with any questions and after service support that is needed. Thank you Zanui!

Zanui Customer Service is Key
Zanui has an amazing range of products. Sadly my item arrived damaged but Lou in Customer Service was very helpful & promptly arranged a replacement for me. I’m very happy with my purchase & will be back!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, went above and beyond for me - we had a stool which unfortunately the leather bubbled. Without hesitation, a replacement was ordered for me. Highly recommend Zanui! Five stars

Issue resolved with brilliant customer service
I recently purchased a matching set of wall prints from Zanui but there was a manufacturing flaw in one of the print hanging points which caused the print to fall to the floor. It was smashed and ruined and I was devastated. Being an online store I was worried about how to rectify the issue. I contacted Zanui customer care by phone and the consultant (Gemma) I spoke to was amazing. She gave me the email address to send photos through showing the flaw, she told me she would discuss it with the supplier and promised to get back to me within a fe...Read more
w days. Gemma did exactly that and I was so relieved to be told the supplier has arranged for a replacement print to be sent out. I am so grateful for the quick and easy way my issue was dealt with. I feel well looked after and my confidence in Zanui has grown immensely. I will definitely purchase from Zanui again in the future.1 comment

Great service
I'm a long term customer of Zanui and it is my go-to site for all things decorative for both home and work. The service is always excellent even on the rare occasion I have had to return due to my error - not theirs. Always helpful and accommodating.
