This was my first purchase from Zanui and I did have a few issues....but neither of which was with Zanui.
My order was dispatched the next day but it took the freight company 3 weeks to deliver and when it did arrive the box was damaged and the item was broken. However Zanui customer relation person (Carla) gets 5 stars for her handling of both issues. She responded immediately to my emails... in friendly manner and was most apologetic.... and resolved the issue to my advantage.

We have never purchased from Zanui before but I have always looked on their website. I saw a rug that I have been looking at for a while on sale and finally bought it, we are so happy with it, the price and how fast we received the rug. Will be back again soon.

Found the bookshelf I was after easily. The product was cheaper at Zanui than other retailers. Very fast shipping. Easy to put together and exactly as described.

I wouldn’t say easy, but as long as you logically followed the instructions, it worked, however some knowledge of how weird screws work is an advantage.

The site is easy to manoeuvre and the product range is very tempting. I could easily have bought more goods.

I recently purchase serval items from Zanui, however one of my items got lots in transit. Sarah-Louise was extremely helpful and frequently kept be updated with the progress of their investigation to find the item. Sarah-Louise was very kind and professional in resolving my matter for me.
Of the products I did receive, I loved them and based on my service experience, I am feel confident to order again.

I contacted your customer service team after my items had arrived damaged. I received a lovely email back from Sarah-Louise apologising for my disappointment and thanking me for the images of the damage and that she would love to resolve the issue. And true to her word and after several emails she offered me a resolution which was fantastic! I was expecting a long drawn out process but thanks to Sarah-Louise it was so prompt, beautifully written and ended up being an unexpected positive experience!

Amazing store with great assortment, right prices and exceptional customer service. There were some late deliveries after the New Year due to suppliers closure, but this was explained by Customer Service.

I had previously purchased the round rug for outdoors use and decided a few months later that I wanted the rectangle one too. The quality of rugs r excellent. They're easy to clean just hose and let dry.. lovely feel under feet and look very smart. We are satisfied that the product image advertised looks the same in realtime.

I have bought a few things from Zanui over the years and I'm not disappointed. I like the originality of their range and products are of reasonably good quality/value. Shipping is not free but at least I haven't had any issues with the courier (which is pretty rare these days). The customer service has also been helpful. Overall Zanui is not a bad choice as an online homeware shop.

I found the website easy to use in finding the product I was interested in. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Although I ordered 3 sets of two chairs, they arrived on different days. At first I found this annoying but realised that because there was assembly required for each chair, ot was a good thing. Very happy with my purchase.

I was putting together a "cherry " themed gift for a friend for Christmas and found the beautiful cherry plate at Zanui. I was a little worried that it might not arrive in time, but it arrived in very good time and looked great in the gift I had planned. the whole process - from ordering online to delivery - was quick, easy and very satisfying.
