Excellent customer service and quality products!
I have ordered from Zanui before. Their products are of excellent quality and their customer service is wonderful. I chose the wrong colour rug on a Friday night and when I realised I rang Zanui customer service on Monday morning. Neena was lovely and so prompt in cancelling my order from the supplier and giving me a refund. No hassles, no headache! Thank you Neena! Will always order from Zanui!

Customer service was excellent, especially impressed with Lou whose help was amazing. Only reason 5 stars not given was the white coffee table we ordered was quite grey. No fuss return and refund.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with a coffee table purchased from Zanui. I informed them and from the get go, received the best customer service from Lou. She was professional and friendly throughout the process and went out of her way to resolve the issue. It has been a pleasure dealing with Zanui through Lou. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.
Bought a black glass table, and after assembling it, (which was a 3 man job and took 2 hours) we noticed that there was an air bubble in the film. We were never happy with the product, so got in contact with the consultant who informed us that if we packed up the table and packaged it ourselves ( 3 man job again, and we no longer had the original packaging, so this was a 3 hour job) they would refund us the money as the product was no longer in stock, so a replacement was not available. Although it would be inconvenient to not have a dining tab...le for the next month, we trusted [name removed] promise that our money would be refunded and we could put that towards a new dining table from another supplier. Upon return of the product and a 6 week wait for a response, we were them informed we would not receive a refund, but instead $590 store credit- as they minused the delivery fee. ( which took 2 months btw, as they went into liquidation after they took our order) We were not happy with this as we were no down almost $700 and still had no dining table. An absolutely horrible experience and i would never buy anything off them again (even if it was using store credit)

Have ordered from herr twice now and both times were less than satisfactory.
First purchase was for pendant lights that never got dispatched from warehouse. I had to follow up with multiple emails before they were finally sent weeks later.
Second purchase was for a large floor rug that was clearly described as "beige" but when it arrived it was Grey. I was told the issue was with the way images can appear on different devices and if i want to send it back for a "change of mind" that would be at a cost to me. Regardless of the way images are d...

Product was of very poor quality
I ordered 4 bar stools and when they arrived two of them were damaged where the paint work on the legs was significantly scratched and the wooden seat had an impact damage also one of the legs of on a stool was 3mm shorter than the other legs that resulted in it being unstable,on a positive note this problem was dealt with very efficiently by Sahra Louise

Worst customer service - deserves ZERO stars
EDIT - ZANUI ARE TRADING WHILST IN ADMINISTRATION - BUYER BEWARE
I ordered a queen bed and was charged $99 for delivery with the promise it would be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
5 business days later, Zanui's online tracking hadn't moved from "order placed".
I tried contacting them via phone - no response.
I sent an email, no response.
I contacted the supplier - no voicemail and phone just rings out.
I submit a Paypal claim - and all of a sudden i get a response within 4 hours from Zanui who REDIRECTED the order because "I raised a Paypal dispute". ...
I in august 2019 made two payments for items from zanui totalling $571. I was told it would be 10 - 12 weeks to supply. Fine after 12 weeks I called they confirmed goods would be arriving to them 13th November then to me between 15th - 18th Nov. I called on 18th Nov to then be told the company had been bought out and they didn't know if the goods would be supplied!! But if I agreed they would refund me - very disappointed but I agreed as I needed the furniture so thinking the money would be duly returned I set out on the hard mission of find...ing alternative furniture. No one had notified me the company had these issues what if I hadn't called? But unfortunately the saga with zanui goes on as nearly 3 weeks later I still have not been refunded and the lack of customer service is absolutely awful. I simply cannot afford to be this much out of pocket. Currently putting together a case to submit to a current affair as this company is still sending out emails advertising goods for sale - do not purchase!
Very Bad Experience
Zanui sent us a rug that a legally blind person could see was faulty. We emailed our complaint and after two days received a reply to ask whether we wanted the option for a credit or replacement. We replied that we wanted a refund. A few days later after a follow up phone call we were asked to return it to where it was delivered for collection and then to receive a refund. This was done and specific days were given as to when the rug could be collected. The freight company called to collect on a day that was not specified, the rug was taken, t...hen within half an hour we received an email that the company was being placed under administration and they would not honour a refund November 30th 2019 Update: Scam artists extraordinaire. Do not believe anything they say. Go to Temple and Webster instead. They are more expensive but you will at least receive your goods. Ordered a rug, was faulty, refund promised but of course never eventuated. Just stay away. If you must throw your money away, find a rubbish bin and cut out the middle man.

Company is in Administration (insolvent)
Product delivered totally different from what is displayed on website. They arranged to collect the product back (unopened and in original packaging) but after many promises of a refund, I have been informed they effectively have no funds to process the refund. Neither can I order other other products in lieu despite the functioning website. ***BUYER BEWARE***

I ordered a number of items last week. Yesterday one chair from a set of two I purchased arrived. I emailed today to ask where the second chair is and they advised it is unlikely this order will be fulfilled and are currently unable to process returns, credits or refunds.
I can't find any information online about them being in administration but this is what their email said. Comments turned off on their Instagram account.
Surprised they're still accepting orders during this time.

Returns policy is amazing
Zanuis return policy is incredible, gave me the peace of mind I needed for a furniture order. I ordered four stools and unfortunately when they arrived I found the colour to be darker than expected and had difficulty putting them together. I contacted the Zanui customer support and they immediately initiated the returns process for me. It cost me nothing for a courier to pick up the stools, and the full amount minus initial shipping costs was refunded. Incredible customer service, will absolutely order again.
Very poor quality item....
This item had minor damage on one corner and the wood top of the cabinet was split in two places.
The drawer also failed to close because of poor construction.
It was cheap so I did not return it and instead repainted it myself to make it somewhat acceptable.
I have bought before from Zanui and been very satisfied, but not this time.
