Post sales customer service
A part was missing and another part was damaged, I contacted Zanui to inform them and very promptly they responded to let me know they were working with the supplier to fix my problem. Within 48hrs I had a response that the missing part and replacement parts were being shipped to me. Ive shopped with Zanui a number of times and this was the only time I had an issue with a product, I have great confidence in their customer service and will continue to shop with them.
First purchase from Zanui
We’ve been looking for a timber bath caddy for months and found one on Zanui. After placing the order we were able to track its location while it was in transit, it arrived fast & well packed. The quality of our new bath caddy surpassed our expectations and it fits perfectly on the bath and completes the look we were after in our new bathroom!
Can’t use more than one gift voucher per order and this isn’t stated when purchasing gift vouchers!
My Mum was given 2 vouchers for her birthday as she wanted a rug from Zanui. She went to make her order and it wouldn’t allow more than one voucher per order! This is not stated on the website when you order or in the terms and conditions! I rang to have this sorted out, and they said there was nothing they could do! So disappointing, if this was stated on the website we would have purchased the one gift voucher
Great service and products
Really happy with Zanui. Ordered a rug on saturday, arrived tuesday and its gorgeous. Id ordered some cushions recently too. One didnt arrive but the service I received from Zanui was professional and caring. They made sure I received the cushion and followed through promptly. Great company to deal with.
Ridiculous waiting times for delivery
I ordered a dining table over two weeks ago, and the Zanui site states dispatch in 1-2 days. However, the item is then handed over to Hunter Express couriers. My order has been "shipped" since the 27th August - it is now the 9th September, which is now 13 days after the "shipped" status, and 16 days since I ordered it. I have called customer service multiple times and just get a complete run around - nothing against the customer service staff, they are always nice and seem to be trying their best - but they cant even tell you whats going on wit...h your order, or give you an ETA - they just tell you that they will email you with an outcome in up to 5 days. The Zanui website is very misleading with its delivery windows. I ordered an item from the US on the same day as my Zanui dining table and it arrived in the same week.

I had a wiring concern with a lamp (x2) I received from Zanui.
Emailed Customer Service, provided pictures, & was lucky enough to get Kim.
My issue was dealt with in a friendly & professional way.
Resolution was swift & communication constant.
I felt so anxious when my product wasn’t as expected due to experience with other companies, but finally a company that makes the returns/refunds process seamless, & hires exceptional customer service staff.
10/10 for Kim & Zanuis Customer Service, definitely remain a loyal customer!!

Stirling ginger Jars
I purchased both the small and large sizes of this product. When I received the order the large jar was broken. I subsequently sent photos through the Customer Care Section and was extremely lucky to have Janice help me through the process. I received a replacement with no problems at all. Janice was so helpful and lovely. I am so happy with the service I received from Zanui and will definitely be purchasing more from them. The items I purchased are better than my expectations - beautiful product.
Great product and service experience.
Bought a bunch of Ecology ‘Foundry’ products that arrived in a timely fashion and exceptionally well packed. The only ‘issue’ was instead of getting a set of 4 dip bowls, I got 4 sets! Did the right thing and let them know. Steph was appreciative of this and provided an easy return experience. And when I returned them, Kim gave me a $15 off voucher to say thanks. Being a decent human got me 2 decent humans back. I’ll be using said voucher when I shop with Zanui next.
3 weeks and still waiting ...
The product did not leave "in 1-2 days" as advertised on Zanui's website. It left the suppliers warehouse 7 days after I placed my order (5 working days), arrived at the courier’s depot 4 days ago, and still hasn't been delivered. Issue resolved with brilliant customer service
I recently purchased a matching set of wall prints from Zanui but there was a manufacturing flaw in one of the print hanging points which caused the print to fall to the floor. It was smashed and ruined and I was devastated. Being an online store I was worried about how to rectify the issue. I contacted Zanui customer care by phone and the consultant (Gemma) I spoke to was amazing. She gave me the email address to send photos through showing the flaw, she told me she would discuss it with the supplier and promised to get back to me within a fe...w days. Gemma did exactly that and I was so relieved to be told the supplier has arranged for a replacement print to be sent out. I am so grateful for the quick and easy way my issue was dealt with. I feel well looked after and my confidence in Zanui has grown immensely. I will definitely purchase from Zanui again in the future.

Low quality furniture, awful customer service
Their website gives a really good impression and delivery took only 4 days. However, the quality of the furniture we’ve received is shocking for a 700 set of table with 2 chairs. The table has multiple markings and was damaged, in of 5e chairs was made from a rotten wood. A week after contacting customer service nothing is solved, even though they promised to reply within 1-2 business days. What are you supposed to do with the oversized packaging, taking half of the room in the meantime?

Excellent customer service
Sadly the item I ordered was damaged. However, the returns was so easy and fuss free. The customer service was amazing with personal follow ups and a rare experience these days where the focus was on my satisfaction rather than their profit.

Terrible lead times due to lack of accountability on their internal processes
Zanui will not process your order till they put some money back into your bank account and wait for you to verify the amount which can take up to 5 days, only then do they process your order which can take up to 4 days, you will wait forever to get your items. Shocking way to prevent fraud puts the responsibility on the customers shoulders. If you are looking for fast & efficient, don't place an order herer
