Disappointed after waiting 2 weeks for delivery.
Zanui sent me the wrong item which took 2 weeks to arrive via Hunter Express. (notoriously bad courier, read reviews on them) Contacted overseas call centre and was required to send photos as proof of error. . Any company using overseas call centres ring alarm bells to me. Thus far I cannot recommend this company.
It took 3 days to reply to me. Then another 4 days to organise a pick up from Hunter Express. (notoriously bad courier, read reviews on them), that was after asking Hunter to pick the item up over 2 days as they couldn't be bother...
Very good Wool Quilt, but too warm
Wool quilt excellent quality, but it was for winter. In "Zanui" description it was said that this product good for summer and winter. Only when I received quilt I saw that it has 500gr wool and it for winter. It's too warm for me, it's why I gave 4 stars not 5stars. My advice be more precise in information
Damaged second hand table
This table arrived damaged and broken, with packing disturbed and polystyrene packing all broken. I discovered a previous label on box so table had already previously been sent to someone in Sydney, who obviously had returned it. I contacted Zanui with photos of table and they agreed to refund me full purchase price. It was all lot hassle and wouldn't recommend the retailer to anyone.
Perfect shoe seat
Exactly what I was looking for. I saw this item in an email sent to me. Seat came quickly and was easy to assemble.
When I wanted to order another one I had trouble finding it on the web site but email and your staff where very efficient and gave me the link to go straight to the seat so i could order another one.

I received the stainless steel water bottle I ordered online, but when it arrived the bottle had a hole in the bottom of it, together with dents on it.

great in garden
I ordered this and the money came out of my account 3 days later. I did not receive after 3 weeks so contacted Zanui, must admit the girl took the time to check or follow up but her email back to me did nothing with regards when I would receive my purchase. Asked for a tracking number as this was not provided but received the product 3 days later. I think i waited about a month for receipt of item, which I find far too long. Example i ordered an item from Amazon on Sunday 11th october and received it yesterday the 14th October. I suppose it all depends on how much you pay for delivery but that is not my problem. The windmill is great, very easy to assemble, very satisfied with product. Margret
Misleading shipping cost on website and excessively expensive.
Wanted to buy a pod chair. It said on the product page it was $0 shipping to my postcode. Just before clicking order I realised it had updated to $127. $127 for a $500 pod chair being shipped 9.7 kilometres. Asked for it to be reviewed and was only told that the cost had already been subsidised and that this was the lowest price they could do. Needless to say I bought the product elsewhere.
Exceptional Customer Service and Product
I bought an office chair with an inbuilt massage and heating function. 1 day post ordering, they notified me that their current stock was not of high enough quality to send, so the delivery time would be delayed based on receiving better stock from the supplier or I could cancel my order. I decided to wait and received the chair only 2 days later which was great. A week later, my new puppy chewed through the remote control cord which meant I could not use the heating and massage function of the chair. I contacted Zanui to ask if I could purchas...e the remote only. They replied to confirm they received my request. a couple days later, someone emailed me confirming they were in contract with the supplier following up my request and they had not forgotten about me. Within a week, I received the new remote, at no charge! The constant and personal customer service contact is exceptional and I found their approach professional and great quality products!!!

The product was purchased and came as a flat pack and is well made, all parts were accurate, and fitted, no missing bits & pieces and was easy to follow instructions

My first purchase ever and I want to say it was one of the easiest purchases I have made. Shipping was fast and items came packed well. The lamps looked glamorous and fancy just what we were looking for.Would definitely buy from Zanui again.
