AAAhhh! :)......EEeeewwww! :(
I was given Zen Spray to use on my stomach and back to help the ligamnets after having a hysteryctomy 10 days ago.It worked a treat and eased most of the uncomfortable feelings my body was having and I was applying it a couple of times a day - and still am. I also had a big toe that was a bit tight so I thought I'd spray some Zen on it to loosen it up - which I thought it did and gave it and second spray....unfortunately it swelled up to the point I can't wear shoes, slippers or thongs, can't put any weight on it and it doesn't even like the sh...eets or blanket weight on the bed on it. After a trip to the doctors this morning it has now been strapped up. I have to rest it, keep it elevated and apply ice to it. I have no idea as to how how long it will take before it comes right. Hence to say no more Zen Spray on the toe for me. Yet it has been great for my stomach, neck, shoulder and my back. My only guess is that the Zen Spray highlighted the fact that my toe has a problem and the spray aggravated it. Liked the heat it produced. It aggravated my toe.
