Bad customer service
I ordered a desktop which required "Universal cable rail" to be ordered for cable management. It requires to drill holes in the desktop to screw the universal cable rail.
The website advised to contact their team so that they can pre-drill. I sent an email and was advised to mention the same at the check-out, which I did.
On receiving the desk I was disappointed to find the holes were not drilled, as promised. I sent an email informing them and was referred to a YouTube video to follow. What kind of resolution is this? Is this the customer se...rvice I deserve after paying them close to $750? A YouTube video link? I requested them to pre-drill because they provided this option/facility and is clearly mentioned on their website. Melbourne is under lock-down. I don't have a drill, hence this is the reason I requested them to pre-drill. Now the whole desk is lying open in my living area, I can't travel to Bunnings as it is not within 5 kms of approved travel by the govt. and Zen Stand Up desk team sent a YouTube link as a resolution. Kudos!! Extremely poor customer service. Let's see how the desk itself behaves over time.
