Don't use Zenni
Filled in the form on the internet and ordered 3 sets of glasses. They arrived in good time, but were completely wrong. It took 3 emails and 2 phone calls to USA from Australia before I was told that the data I inserted was incorrect even though it matched my prescription.

I used to love Zenni but the last two pairs of glasses have not been right and they are so difficult to get an exchange.
I have used Zenni for over five years and in the past the products were great, I have had a few wrong things but it was always my fault. however the last two pairs of glasses have been totally the wrong prescription. I was very disappointed and for the first time expected them to exchange them for correct
ones, it was hopeless they always try to say it was my fault and I will have to send them back at my expense then they will inspect them to see if it was my fault. never again Zenni.

They got the lenses on the wrong sides and for years I thought my eyes were the problem...
I sent my prescription in and got the glasses back ok. Tried them and gave up really quick. I thought it may take some time but I didn't see immediate improvement as others talked about with their first pair. I tried three wore times over three years and same, they did nothing. My right eye needs no correction but the left does - a lot. I thought the optometrist got it all wrong so I went back after 3 yrs for a re-test and my eyes weren't too much different. I went home and the wife pulled out the old glasses and said ' try turning them upside ...down and whalla!! success. Thye had mixed up the lenses and put them on the wrong side!. So tonight I tried to contact them and was on a chat with a condescending Joseph who stated they were past warranty - really thanks Joseph and also told I should have noticed this immediately and let them know - thanks to Joseph for your advice!. So this guy suggested the issue wasn't with them and needed to see the original prescription - somewhere deep in the pile of stuff - no chance.. Well just warning you all to be careful as this is a rookie mistake to get the lenses wrong. Never again. We have bought four paris for the family and can't risk this rigamarole. I have bought directly from a retailer (Specsavers) yes for extra $$ but they will gladly fix any problem without being condescending.
Photochromic lens is misrepresented
Store was easy to navigate. Easy to enter prescription and you can save it easily for next time. Frames seem to be well described. However, I was burnt on the photochromic lenses. They advertise that it goes from clear to dark grey like sunglasses. Instead it goes from a constant yellow tint (something to do with the Blockz lens) to a grey shade that is possibly 5% darker. There is no way that this is anywhere near sunglass levels of tint.
Postage tracking wasn't great but acceptable given price, but the misrepresentation of the lens has...ruined the experience. I was offered a "one-time only" store credit OR 50% refund. They said that a 100% refund is not an option which leaves a sour taste when they now misrepresent our rights as Australian consumers. To be honest, I would attempt to buy basic single vision lenses again but wouldn't trust darkness of sunglasses so they'd be only those without tint. It's unfortunate that they don't show real pictures of their lenses and represent shades accurately. I'm sure they could do better than my example attached.
I wish I could review the glasses - regrettably I cannot because I did not receive anything. A month ago I got notification that they had been shipped via Landmark Global. Clicking on their tracking number led me to a NZ Post tracking number giving their location as Mt Wellington, Auckland as of 22nd August. Inquiries with NZ Post revealed that they do not have a depot in Mt Wellington and had no record of the shipment entering their system. They suggested I contact Zenni. I did and they said WAIT. Disappointed.
Best glasses ever!
1. Cute glasses & virtual try-on is awesome. It’s nice to actual see yourself wearing them!
2. I have astigmatism & need progressive lenses. They get them right every time!
3. Price is awesome! I can buy 3 Zennis for the price my eye care office wants!
4. Return policy is amazing! My eye doctor is the one who made a mistake yet Zenni allowed me to return the glasses for 100% refund!!!

Does anyone recommend the use? of these as i have 2 teenagers and 1 10yr old all with secial needs who all need to wear glasses fulltime
and im tired of paying over $300+ per pair
