Fantastic pair of Glasses
Very happy with my Progressive (No-Line Multi-Focal) glasses the frame is top quality,shipping was fast,this is the second pair I have purchased off Zenni.

The best value glasses you can buy
I've ordered glasses from Zenni Optical for some years and have mainly been very happy with the glasses I wanted.
The pros are the glasses are very affordable with many frames to choose, plus many options with lenses, also the overall quality is surprisingly very good.
The cons are a few such as the prices are in USD, fast shipping can be a little expensive for Australia, not many options on glasses for sport activities (Eg. Cycling, running etc).

Read moreprove on frames for sporting activities, there's an under market for that, Zenni has the resources to do that. There glasses maybe Made in China, but at least the quality is better than more expensive brands. My Advice is when ordering glasses is enter your prescription correctly including the PD, measure your old frames by hand that perfectly fit you, then order glasses at a similar size. Also with the lenses options is if you want AR coating, add on the water repellent option too, trust me it's a live saver, your lenses will clean easier and last longer.

Major supply and shipping issues
After ordering 1 pair of prescription glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses in the first week of March, I have been asking for updates weekly as they are constantly shown as in transit. Online chat and email communication continue to say wait ‘a few more days” and 7 weeks after ordering and payment in full they still refused refund with product never appearing to have arrived in Australia. After quoting their own website guarantee I finally had to get forceful to get a refund out of them. I would not order again or trust them.
Zenni are the most disorganised and pass the blame to others company. It took a week of phone calls to get my promised refund that was mentioned above in their reply. My order was never cancelled and ...

I really struggle to believe anything they say now. I give them the honour of the WORST customer service of any company I have dealt with.

What would I do without you?
I have been buying glasses from Zenni for the past 11 years. I can honestly say I have never had a problem. Always fitted perfectly and a truly great range to choose from. I have never waited more than 14 days for them to arrive in Australia. I have looked at glasses here in Oz starting price $250.00. Thank you

Worst ever. Did not deliver even after a month and a half
Delivery not carried out and told me that it's with Hong Kong post or Australia post. Such a waste of my time

Great quality. Great price!
Minus 12, so pretty high myopia! I’ve had six pairs of Zenni glasses and find they consistently do a better job with lens grinding and fitting than any I’ve bought in AU. I also save hundreds of dollars on each pair. Just bought 3 pairs of high index glasses for $450 AUD, when one pair here would be about $700 minimum.

I'm making better choices through experience.
The value cannot be beaten. I save literally hundreds of dollars with each pair I buy. There are some occasional downsides though. My latest pair have uneven nose pieces. It's only very slight but enough to be a little annoying to wear. The lenses have always been accurate to my prescription and no problem with the focal point. My glasses are lasting longer these days, so they generally wear out before falling apart.

Replacement glasses
Delighted I was able to replace my favourite glasses that I'd lost. They arrived promptly . Very happy. Shame about the exchange rate though which made them quite expensive for me.

Does anyone recommend the use? of these as i have 2 teenagers and 1 10yr old all with secial needs who all need to wear glasses fulltime

how do I track my package?
Hi don't remember tracking it, but only took about two weeks
It now takes a month
They provide a tracking number but It now takes 2+ months and still they don’t arrive.
