I only gave one star because I couldn’t give less
So disappointed, I ordered a yellow red and orange arrangement, cost a bit over $120, I have enclosed photos. I contacted customer service who told me I received the correct amount of stems so nothing could be done. but it didn’t look like anything I had chosen - I suggest you look and the pics and make up your own mind

2 days late, neither product as advertised
Ordered within 8 hours of their same-day delivery timer, around 3am. Ordered a long-stem premium rose bouquet and a small balloon in their 'I Love You' range. Received a call approximately 16 hours later (end of business day) to say that their local partner couldn't deliver that day, they would deliver the following day. When I pressed them, they then offered to throw in a small box of chocolates, and told me they'd come back to me as to what time to expect delivery the following day.

The balloon was a silver mirror finish. I waited 5 days for them to respond to my refund request, as nothing was as described - the balloon, the flowers, and definitely not the delivery time. When they finally offered a refund, they offered me the cost of the balloon and HALF of the delivery fee, approximately 25% of my total order. They refuse to refund any more than that, even though their full service as not as described. They cannot deliver on the promises they make, and then provide awful customer service after the fact.MajidPerth, WA

Quite disappointing. late delivery. they didn't have access to the local florist :). flowers arrived mid-day. i did make few calls and i was quite frustrated

Didn’t deliver for Valentine’s Day
Order was placed on the 12th of February for which they happily accepted the order. And flowers were not delivered on Valentine’s Day. No correspondence to forewarn me so I could make other statements. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Feeling scammed
I spent $200 to have flowers and chocolates to the Philippines. They repeatedly assured me it would be delivered on the 14th. It was not. Now it is the 15th and I want a refund. "Nope, we can't refund the money if the florist has accepted the order." Still no delivery and no refund. I hope they enjoy my apparent $200 gift.

I ordered the "Exuberant" bunch of flowers for someone special. They were retailed at $164.94 apparently but looked like you could grab them from a supermarket for $20.000. I explained to the customer service staff (Ash) that I was unhappy right away and would like a refund. I offered to return the flowers as they did not match the photo and the advertisement was misleading and deceptive. Ash was very rude and sarcastic in the response provided and explained that they could offer me a $50.00 in store credit which I refused.

Absolutely disgusting with the flowers we received for my birthday!! Looks like a bunch you can get from coles for $15 ..... False advertising as they look nothing like the picture we paid for online. We will be taking this matter to the consumer advice WA as this needs to be addressed as so many people have are being ripped off !! I just received an email saying my order is waiting to be processed for flowers I bought for my Grandma over 6 years ago.
How I know - my Grandma moved from the address in 2014 after my grandpa passed away and passed away her self in 2017.

I ordered with you 7 years ago, and this is the first email I have received.
I can imagine I am not the only person getting emails suggesting I buy flowers for a person who has died.

Total SCAM, the flower is spray-painted!
I ordered for my friend who relocate to Perth.
The flower came late, looked totally different from the web.
The orchid has been spray-paint.
Supposed to come with Air Balloon, but it came with plain cheap balloon.
The card was hand-written, and I paid $89 for rubbish.
Update :
They said they spray-painted the flower because there was no stock of purple orchid (I’m speechless).
I just hope they stop scamming people.
They sent a purple orchid, with rubber band, look like my vegetable.
Just avoid these people at all cost.

Total Scam!!! Avoid These People!
They delivered my order incomplete, with a very poor flower arrangement that did not resemble the picture on their website, with less flowers then the website picture, but a lot of cheep "greens". A vase I ordered was not supplied either...
My complaints were not answered, it was a WASTE OF MONEY!

To the credit of zFlowers, they verified my complaint and reimbursed the whole amount. They also addressed me with a formal apology:

I should have looked at the other terrible reviews before even considering ordering!
I ordered flowers for my mum in New Zealand, not only were they delivered to the wrong address, the customer service agent tried to cover up the mistake. They falsely stated where they had been delivered to and also claimed they had attempted to phone my mum. I do not know if any flowers were delivered at all. They certainly were not delivered to my mother's address!

Very Disappointing
Ordered on line, flowers which were supposed to be purple iris, scarlet gerberas and crimson roses, instead got a bunch of dull looking natives, not what I specifically ordered. Also not delivered on the day, it was the day after. I can understand late delivery with it being the holiday season, but not supplying the product specifically asked for I cannot understand. If they couldnt get the flowers requested good customer service would have at least emailed to talk about alternatives. I have attempted to call and the 1300 number and it never answers and they dont call you back. So customer service is non existent. Would not recommend using this company.

Hopeless !!
I ordered flowers for a Sympathy occasion knowing that the whole family would be present on the promised day of delivery, how shocked I was to be told not only they would not receive them on that day but it would be 5 (FIVE DAYS ) later, 3 (three days ) not being a public holidays. Terrible ! the funeral was over.

The order placed to what my sister received was $65 less and resembled nothing like what was ordered. Tried several times to contact zflowers for a refund in the difference between what was ordered and what was received but they refused to answer phone calls and emails. Do NOT purchase from ZFlowers!!!! Must be an overseas company who take your money and get a local florist to provide you the cheapest flowers possible! I recently purchased some flowers for my cousins birthday and paid additional for a vase. Read morey are situated in the home, to including fresh water and if/when required, re-cutting the stems to ensure they continue to absorb the water. In regards to your issue with the vase, it is a new style suppliers are stocking... and a I agree... it looks like a tall jar you get Pasata sauce in. shambles - try someone else - be warned
unable to provide tax invoices for purchases... shambles of a company and absolutely dreadful customer service. Has put an extra damper on the death in the family. Flowers provided less than average quality.

I purchased $125 flower arrangement including delivery chocolates and balloon for my nieces birthday, I live interstate. The flowers were awful, I could buy better at the supermarket. I was planning to buy more flowers for Christmas but will never purchase from you again. Would Never recommend you and neither will my family in Perth. Beyond disappointed

I ordered the arrangement of flowers with the pink in it, this was for my best friends funeral. As she hates pink and loves sunflowers I asked for them to take the pink out and replace it with 1 single sunflower and if that wasn't do able to change them to orange at least. I am not sure. Go on their website with your tracking number you will find tracking on the top Right hand side of the page. It is not actual tracking but there are links there clink on the link to send an email they will respond but this can also take 24 hours. If I were you I would ring the number on the website with your order number tracking number flower arrangement etc. This is far far to long to wait. If the flowers have not been received after 6 days I think something has gone wrong. Follow this up over the phone. You must be disappointed. Good luck
