Do not use late in the day!
Do not be fooled by their pick-up times - they hold the right to not pick-up until just before the delivery time! If your company has a closing time this will need to be the delivery time. They Promise pick-up before the company closes but don't get there and still charge you!!!
A waste of time
Trying to get a quote and then find out 8 hours later it was deactivated without reason, no help bar that works. a complete waste of my time. not recommended.
Poor form! Delivery man turned back and went home!!
Package was scheduled for delivery today, stayed at home but the ETA for the delivery got later and later throughout the day...
By 3:30pm the driver had 9 packages left to deliver, but then stopped and returned back to the depot!!
Called to ask and there wasn't any reason why, so basically wasted my day waiting for nothing!
Don't get your hopes up that you will get your package from these jokers!
have been with the same courier service for my agency for years. However they recently changed hands and their service has gone down hill so i have been looking for a new courier service. I tried Zoom2U for the first time this week - and it will be the last. Basically I needed to get 3 packages picked up from one place and delivered to my office which was around a 10km distance. They picked it up ok...but then were unable to deliver it until around 36 hours later - and only after many calls demanding for my package! The worse part is i nee...ded this package to take on a flight at 4pm that first day - which they knew - and didn't care. I even begged them to tell me where the courier was and I would drive to him myself and pick them up! Bottom line - never again.
Worst carrier ever!
I booked a job with Zoom2u and from the start had problems. Their site kept on saying I didn’t pay so I used 3 different cards all of which the money was removed. Then they wanted outrageous conditions for the pick up which were impossible for me as I live in another state. I was so frustrated I cancelled the job and went with someone else who were fantastic. The money took a few weeks to be reimbursed even the amounts that were removed from the 2 extra cards. I found the people rude and not helpful.

Booked pickup at 12:30. Parcel collected at 2:15 - this is already a bit of a stretch, but since pick up was in Katoomba, I was willing to go with it. Paid A LOT extra for an at latest 4:30 delivery in CBD. Long story short, driver went to Bankstown airport 3 times enroute to the city. Missed the 4:30 delivery, even though there was no traffic and if the driver had gone from point A to B as promised (and paid for), he would have made it by 3:45. Result? Passport office closed, now waiting nervously for express passport to be ready.
Many many...complaints and queries registered throughout the day to no avail. Seems like the business model is to be an aggregator for cowboy solo couriers. They have no control over the drivers once they have the job/package. To be fair, and on the plus side, service people were as empathetic as they could be without actually admitting fault. Bottom line, steer clear if on time delivery is mission critical.
If you don't continually watch the parcel WILL NOT get picked up in time for delivery. I won't be using them again.
Not a positive experience
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. Called the call centre to book an urgent package, the operator recorded incorrect details and was not clear on providing accurate quotes. On the phone they advised be a delivery would be $89, due to the urgent nature of the package I accepted this quote. When they sent the follow up email it was $101, which I did not agree to over the phone. Our card declined, so they did a follow up call to confirm the card details. It was during this call I questioned the quote, no definitive an...swer was provided as to why there was a different between the agreed upon quote and the final charge. I cancelled the booking as I did not feel comfortable booking this service. The customer service from the call centre was appalling.
Didn't even attempt delivery
Would have arrived same day but the driver got lost and didn't bother to attempt delivery, marked it as "attempted" and finished his route. CS said they'd "attempt" it again the next day but they just sent it back to the sender, even gave them permission to leave it and they still didn't bother..

Very poor deal for the hardworking drivers = 40% commission deducted NOT 20% as advertised
The Zoom2u website claims "typically we take a 20% transaction fee" so I booked a large $300+ job knowing the driver would be adequately compensated for their labour - only to discover they were slugged over 40% commission on the job.
I know this was not an isolated incident and that Zoom2u are certainly staring down the barrel of an Office of Fair Trading enquiry as this misleading advertising and worker exploitation practice continues to be perpetrated by Zoom2u - it is being documented by both drivers and customers alike .
Transparenc...y for this UBERlike service is the only way forward in this day and age. If the Zoom2u startup want to vary their commission rate - the customer should be made aware of that before confirming the booking - so that an informed decision can be made about the distribution of wealth and equity - it is one of the reasons many of us use services like this and Uber in the first place. If Zoom2u don't do it NOW - they should prepare to be usurped by a more evolved iteration of this peer-to-peer business model that is founded on the principles of equity and transparency - not the shadowy world of dirty back-end accounting procedures.
No respect to the customer.
Tracking information for delivery is false. I waited all day at home to receive my parcel, by the time my delivery was due No courier came to my door. Instead I got a message through my tracking delivery notification that "an attempted to delivery was made but no one was home". This is not the first time, and very disappointing.
Either the driver courier or your delivery system ain't honest, creating excuses by failing to deliver services that you are supposed to do as a courier company.
Lack of any service
Hopeless! Despite promised definite delivery dates and imploring messages left by me about the medical urgency of my delivery over Christmas nothing was heard from them. (Still hasn't.) Had to cancel and use other means.
Don't use them.
The worst. Booked a courier at 9am, received an email confirmation for the booking and notification of the driver who would be collecting. Got a call around 1pm telling me their couriers were at maximum capacity and no orders could be completed for the next two days. Pick up was scheduled at 1:30, and we paid for 'ASAP' delivery. Christmas is a busy time of the year, but you have a customer service and logistics team for a reason - if you're a courier service you damn well notify a customer AT THE TIME THE BOOKING IS MADE that the order can't be fulfilled. Not several hours later, when it's too late to book ANYTHING for the day. Flabbergastingly bad service, do not use them.
Poor interstate experience
Order required same-day from Sydney to Melbourne on a Friday. Booked at 1pm, picked up at 4.22pm, delivered at 7.49am on Monday. Backup order sent via Fastway arrived less than 3 hours later, and cost $10 instead of $277.
