Bad experience ever!
Purchased a car with premium warranty from Zooper car Adelaide. The car has an issue in the first 6 months, and it needs to be fix. Tried to claim it. They said it's not covered. I have to pay it myself.

Buyer beware! I have just sold my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe which was purchased with a Zooper extended Warranty. This warranty kicks in for 2 years after the manufacturers warranty expires. Even though I have diligently adhered to the terms of this warranty, and now that I have sold my car privately, this Zooper warranty is not transferable to the new owners. After-sales service is very bad
I bought a Toyota Corolla on 6th March 2020. I started facing issue with the car in the next month only. When I tried contacting the salesperson (Tim Zeccola) he said I am not a technician to help you with. You can get in touch with the service team and get it sorted. Ideally, he was supposed to get me connected with their service department.
