Great for girlfriend 60kg, horrible for me 85kg
This mattress seemed so great after 2 weeks I decided to buy another for the guest room.
I've had it for a year now, and am now replacing it.
The problem is that after a short time it starts saying so severely on my side that I end up in horrible pain after 2 hours. I'm only 30, no real back issues. Rotating the mattress to my girlfriend's side helps for maybe a week, but never really recovers. At 85kg, I don't consider myself that heavy.
Great mattress for those around 60kg, anyone weighing more will regret their purchase a short time after thinking it's the best
Purchased in April 2019 at eBay for $240.00.
Went from Cloud 9 down to Hell
This mattress was fantastic to begin with. What a bargain at $300. The only complaint in the first 18months would be the heat that it retains. Including when you're not even on it.
My hubby and I are not big people but with the sagging that came and the huge mountain in the middle of the mattress, you'd think we were on a larger build. With the sagging came extremely sore backs and an added extra for me, my hips too.
After 3 years, I've bitten the bullet and spent $2200 on a 100% latex mattress. It works out to be the same cost. Being latex , i don't need to worry for another 20 years.

Great for 6 months, then the real mattress sets in, buyer beware!
I was initially ecstatic to receive a mattress at this price and quality.
When opening the mattress it was great, the first few months were comfortable with no complaints.
Then the problems set in, sags in place where myself (81kg) and my partner (67kg) sleep, this weight should not create a dip or sag this early.
1 year in and the mattress looks sagged and completely uncomfortable (waking up with aches, hip pains)
I contacted their warranty team regarding the 10 year warranty. It is rubbish, they ask you to take ridiculous photos to prove...
Read more the sag or dip in the mattress. I have since provided the photos with no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Save up an extra few hundred and get something more stable with authentic materials, this is made from very cheap materials that won't last.Purchased in February 2019 at eBay for $350.00.

Don't buy on positive review
Saw the review and brought it. It's more than 3 weeks but the experience is horrondous. It is not stiff for a back sleeper and the mattress has gone than at the place where we normally sleep .

You get what you pay for
Purchased in May, 2019 from the eBay store, I was initially happy with my purchase. The delivery went without a hitch and unpacking and expanding the mattress was an easy process. I also purchased the base later on. The transaction was easy and faultless.
The mattress itself was fine for the first few months. I followed the instructions, rotating etc. But about 4 months after purchase I had to put another 5 inches pure latex topper over the mattress as I was feeling the springs.
I persevered until June 2020 with this mattress, but the ache...
Read mores and pains got worse and you could visually see the dip in the middle left by my body. I'm single and not overweight and the mattress was definitely sagging. No side bolstering was an issue and the underneath was poorly covered. It was also very high, much of my old linen did not fit. It was a short term purchase as I'd moved further out into the country and there are no furniture outlets nearby, but even for the price I paid, I expected it to last longer. I've gone back to a flip and turn pocket spring mattress. Not recommendedPurchased in May 2019 at eBay for $279.00.

Not a long-term solution
I purchased one of these mattresses for myself in Match 2019 after having brought one for my son.
I was initially thrilled with the comfort at that price point. However, less than a year later (January 2020) my matress is lumpy, sagging and forming ruts in the most frequently slept in spots.
Given the price of around $300, I would have been happy just to get 3-4 years out of it. I am disappointed in the rapid drop off in quality that means I am going to have to purchase something else much sooner.

Looks good and thats it
Bought this mattress from ebay. Was ok for first couple of months but didnt take long for ruts to appear where our sleeping patterns are on the bed. Only little comfort i get is when i sleep on the unused surface areas like right against the edge or in the middle.
Left neg feedback on ebay but waddya know its nowhere to be found on their feedback profile.
Rubbish cheap product. Great marketing.

Started off great for the first year
I purchased this mattress in April 2018 after going through multiple mattresses which all end up with the same sagging issue after some use.
I read all the reviews here and took the plunge.
For the 1st 12 months there were no real issues, I slept comfortably, without back pain or anything.
Around the 12 month mark I started feeling sagging, I would try different positions, rotate myself to different sides each night, to find the same result happen no matter what, eventually getting back pain and restless sleeps. and they have continued since....

Poor quality
Initially thought the mattress was good and we bought it based on all the good reviews online (which now seem questionable) however only a few months after purchasing, having sagging areas and back pains. These are a lot cheaper than the others so I understand the risk, but paying a few hundred for something that doesn't even last a year is ridiculous.

Low grade cheap mattress.
Very poor quality mattress. Mattress is too soft. Gives me back sores every morning. The height of mattress is not 34 cm but barely close to 29 cm. Size is also too small.
Purchased at eBay for $278.00.

Good customer service
Bought one of these after trying one as a guest bed, and was surprised at how comfortable it was. After a short while I had a sagging problem with the mattress and initially believed it was not suitable to support my (110kg weight). I spoke to ZZZ support and accept their view that it is most likely the bed base that has resulted in the sagging. With an appropriate bed base, I think it could be a great mattress. They also resolved the issue promptly, politely and to my satisfaction.
Though I am not longer using the mattress (because I replaced...
Read more it during the time I had the issue) I appreciate what the company is doing bringing comfortable and supportive mattresses to people for rock bottom prices. I think ZZZ will change a lot of people's lives for the better.Purchased in July 2019 at Zzz atilier outlet store for $280.00.

Feels like cheap foam, def no latex
Good reviews, hence we bought, cheap which is good, but wish I spent more as it is already starting to show compression and it feels springy with the foam. Like it is not latex. Maybe they have lied, I don't know, but does not feel 'squishy' like latex should. Paid not much so I guess that is what you get. Will sell on gumtree if I can as can't see myself sleeping on it much longer.

Good Mattress , Crap customer service
like everybody else that looks for a new bed, you jump online and look at the reviews, compare, look at pricing vs comfort, justifying spending a small fortune on something that may or may not be right for you.
I was emailed a link by a family member when i was in search of my new mattress and came across zzz Ateliers. At first i thought a cheap mattress, its going to be crap. But then i looked at the reviews and quite a lot of people were happy with it. So for $300 for a king, i decided to get one. whats $300 compare to $2500 for something sim...

Sagging problem even the replacement
First 3 years I Loved it
However now it’s quite saggy and will need to buy a new mattress. Let’s see if they honour the 15 years warranty.
Such a shame, but I suppose when you spend so little it probably too good to be true.
Edit:
Looks like our frame wasn’t great. They approved replacement once we upgrade slats. Will post an update
Edit:
Got a new mattress which is the new updated version. So far feels nice and hard, not sure if it’ll last. I am impressed that they arranged replacement. However, the new mattress is only 28cm height rather than 34cm. Hopefully it will last longer than precious especially now we have fixed the base.
