No clue!

Booking was painful (2 times 15 minutes on the phone to them), asked more irrelevant questions that they did not need to(more than insurance company did) and vehicle provided has large amounts of paint damage not listed had to call them to make sure i didn't get stung for costs.

Terrible experience with the customer service..car was rough considering it was replacing a brand new one ...fuel tank was not full when i got it and was told that apparently acorn rentals is a free service..more customer service training is definately needed

Didn't end the experience well!

Was wonderful to be able to get a new clean car to use afer being involved in a not at fault accident considering I need to use my car on a daily basis to and from work and to get the family around. However when my car was ready, and able to be picked up it had been arranged with the repair shop to pick up in 2 days time as their hours are only Monday to Friday 8-4 which do not help when I work full time and am unable to take time off work with such short notice! When acorn called up to also advise that my car was ready, they told me that I had to pick it up straight away otherwise I will get charged for it! I found it extremely confronting and difficult to arrange this as there was no way I could just walk out of work to swap back cars. I was very disappointed that the repairers were telling me one thing, and acorn another! If their policy is to have cars returned within 24 hours of repair being complete then they need to organise later or earlier pick up hours for people who work full time! Overall the beginning of my experience with accorn was ok! However the ending of my experience was stressful and not good!

Questions & Answers

My husbands car was ran into while it was parked, out insurance has advised us not to drive it until it is assessed which is the 4th jan due to being christmas. They have paid excess to their insurance but thweir insurance is telling us we have to pay for the hire car first then they will reimburse me, which is so wrong when we arent at fault. What is the process on getting a car through you please? my isnurance company has forwared your detaisl on, cheers, Kirby
