Excellent after service

Excellent customer service

I have used the Bessemer products for 15 years and absolutely love them. My last purchase was a deep casserole dish which I’ve recently had an issue with. After contacting customer service my problem was resolved very quickly with Nezie and a replacement dish sent out. Thank you Bessemer and I’ll be purchasing again and again in the future.

Disappointed with the warranty

When new 10/10 sadly the coating wears off after a time , only to find out that down the track the 25 year warranty and the option of trade in is non existent due to company name sold very disappointing. Now I have nice looking pots that are no longer safe to use Show details

Fully refunded the frypan cost

The frypan quality is excellent except the handle. After couple months of use, we noticed handle screw loss and cannot be tighthen. In addition handle part cracks and chipped off for unknown reasons.
Communicated with Victoria representative of Bessemer. Victoria responded swiftly, provided return label and organised full refund.
I am very impressed with Victoria's assistant and honouring Consumer Right to Australian Consumer Legislation,Consumer Guarantees, Product's Acceptable Quality and product warranty.
I gave a 5 star rating for couple ... Read moreof reasons (1) Victoria's customer service is excellent (2) The process dealing with Victoria and Bessemer is very quick and positive overall experience (3) honoured warranty and ACL Consumer Guarantees and processed the refund.

The bessemer sold now is RUBBISH
The Bessemer products sold now, are no where near to the standards of yesteryear. I’ve had products for 35 years purchased 1980's. The stuff sold now, are rubbish. Loads inferior to the old products. I can not believe why they an still call it the same name when it’s not! I only give 1 star. As can not give what deserves

The Bessemer products i have had since 1980's for years are great. Bought some now from My House and they are cheap and nasty. Not the quality of yesteryear. They're lighter, dint cook evenly and are just so so cheap. Can't believe they are still permitted to be called Bessemer when they're nowhere to the quality they are renowned for. Stay away from the impersonators selling under 'Bessemer' banner. They're not tge products sold since 1960's!! Show details

Value for money

Had my Bessemer for over 42 years and the pans consistently used on a combustion stove for 20+ of those years. They are value for money for those wanting lasting quality, attractive table ware and easy care lasting cookware

Lifetime Warranty issues

A 5yo casserole pot has issues with the coating on internal base.. when Bessemer was made aware of it they had plenty of excuses not to honour the Lifetime warranty.

Dangerous cookware! Avoid at all costs

I boiled some pasta up in one of these extremely expensive pieces of cookware, and the pot I used had been used a handful if times at best, so in as new condition, as I picked the boiled pasta pot up to strain the water away, one handle completely snapped off without warning. I suffered 3rd degree burns to my thigh and both my feet because when the handle fell off the boiling pasta water fell onto me! I contacted this company sending pictures of my extensive injuries that have left me unable to work for months, and all they had to say was that ... Read morethe company had been bought out by new owners and they are under no obligation to honour any warranty!?? Wth! They offer life time warranties because this crap is supposed to be soooo wonderful and of top quality and when the handle snaps off they're not even sorry enough to offer a pot as compensation- not that I'd want it- this range is DANGEROUS! Save your money, don't make this horrible company wealthy by buying its unsafe cookware that may leave you with substantial injuries when you least expect it- and no accountability there, they just offer rubbish warranties that they find their way out of honouring! Buyer beware, you really are risking your well being using this over priced TRASH.

Everything arrived with manufacturing issues

Returned faulty items stripped threads in handles and pre scratched coating on the other straight out of the box.
And BTW the pans seem solid but handles cheap and nasty.
Anyways they have recieved our items back 3 weeks ago according to tracking and have confirmed that with me via email which is also the only way to contact them.
And I am still waiting 3 weeks after they have got them back for my hard earned money back.
Keep getting poor excuses and nothing happening.
Seem like a dodgy company and would not recommend at all.
Steer clear at all costs, buy somewhere else do not so it to yourself. Show details
